John Fox replaced a shut off valve inside my house that was not shutting off the water all the way. It was still leaking water into my sprinkler system outside. He replaced the shut off valve in no time but he suggested that I have the sprinkler company come out again and re-blow out my sprinklers because water had gotten into the system again. I would have never thought to do that. Things would have been a real mess in my yard come spring if he had not suggested I do that! Thank you John!

Cary was fantastic! He was able to spot out issues we had in our home that needed immediate attention/replacement. Cary and his team John were very professional and educated and knew exactly how to tackle the job. They helped install my new vanities and new faucets. After 25 years in my house, it is ready for several upgrades, and AJ Danboise is able to cover all four major infrastructure areas, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I joined their service club recently, and have had several technicians work on my home in the past month. First was a plumber to install the water line to my new refrigerator.

Then John and Robert installed and upgraded the electrical panel, and installed a trip switch so I can run a generator the next time DTE goes down. They also moved and rewired a light switch for me that was in the way of a new appliance. Martin came to inspect my air conditioner as part of the service club plan and did a thorough and excellent job. Jeremy came independently as a specialist in HVAC to recommend and review with me replacement options. Jamie and Todd installed a new air conditioning unit, furnace and smart thermostat in one day. Andrew the manager stopped by during the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly and had me sign rebate forms to DTE and Consumers Energy that were all pre-filled for me.

The office staff facilitated real-time communications between the customer and the technicians on the road via both phone and text. All technicians that visited my home were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and clean, as well as friendly. I wish I had found AJ Danboise 25 years ago. Their service representative, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and professional. He throughly explained various options that we had concerning a new furnace and central air conditioning. He submitted several bids based on the options we discussed. We did not go with their offer because we had received a lower proposal from a company recommended to us by a friend.

I'm grateful for coming across your site during my Google search. It just so happened that I needed repairs on 3 different home systems and you provide full service to all of them! I had the pleasure of being serviced by: -Jeremy to diagnose and repair my whole home humidifier- -John to install a junction box and upgrade my electrical panel for my dishwasher hookup- -Cary to diagnose the source of a tub leak, install plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen as well as installing a new garbage disposal.

He also provided knowledgeable solutions to my rusted out bathroom sink but did not pressure me into purchasing something that I was not comfortable with. - The service level of all 3 men was exceptional. They were friendly, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. I also felt like they were being fair and honest in their assessments. 1st Visit: Cary showed up for our scheduled appt as expected to address a plumbing-issue involving my Mom's irrigation system. He was professional and courteous. He seemed tolerant of my ignorance and addressed each question and concern that I constantly bombarded him with. He never gave me the impression of impatience or irritation as I hovered around him while he did his work.

He gave us helpful and additional info, based upon his experience, regarding the issue that we were dealing with. I actually wanted to go with a different plumber company because I liked how they were able to give me a quote, without a service-visit, based upon pics I sent and description of the issue, and they were less expensive. But, it's my Mom's house and she wanted you-guys becuz you've been in business longer. 2nd Visit: Bathtub faucet leaks in 2 bathrooms, bathroom sink repair, leaks in basement plumbing. Steve is awesome!

Although the first, plumber, Cary, was good, Steve did a great job at assuaging my Mom's anxiety, and patiently allowed my Mom to voice her concerns. My Mom can get very wordy but Steve never rushed her or interrupted her. His honesty was refreshing when my Mom was asking for recommendations beyond his scope of skills. He was very clear in what he proposed to do, then the actions after my Mom accepted his estimate, and what we now need to do before he can complete his plumbing repair. Dave came over within an hour of calling to inspect our sump pump and write up a quote. When we didn't commit right away, he wasn't phased and didn't hassle us.
