Very professional and good experience from start to finish. Great response time, reasonable pricing, honest and show up on time and do the job right the first time. The estimate given was for the paint and painting only. The extras were added on once they got here ie painting trim and windows are an extra charge. It raised the the final cost to almost double the original estimate. Service: Interior painting

The sales process and scheduling worked well. The 1st proposal seemed to be missing some details so I provided a detailed diagram with paint codes and locations for work. I included an area that needed carpentry work. I received a revised quote with additional cost. I accepted it. The crew showed up on a Monday confused about what to wash and paint.

They lacked direction and supervision. The work performed was unprofessional, incomplete and messy. After I addressed issues with the owner the crew returned and corrected some of them. Even after that with poor carpentry repairs, paint spills and over sprays on brick and more, I decided it was in my best interest to pay the full bill and terminate the relationship. I'll never recommend SouthEnd painting for any type of contracting work.

We had several people quote us for exterior painting for our last home. The roof had a very high and steep peak, I believe it was a turn off for several people to quote. Southend quoted, out of the 3 quotes they were right in the middle, we chose them due to having proof of insurance without asking and scope of work. Workers showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a few days.

They did a great job, everything we requested was done and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and have recommended them. If we need any painting services on our new home we would definitely contact Southend Painting again.

All aspects of this transaction were positive. Billy Dale came out to review the job and give recommendations and then promptly submitted a proposal (one of 3 quotes I got prior to selecting a vendor). The quote was the most detailed and least expensive. Once accepted, the office called to schedule the work, the crew showed up on time and were neat, professional and polite. Payment was due on satisfactory completion of the work - who does that?!? I have recommended them and will use them again.

I had the exterior of my house washed and painted. Our home is completely made out of brick and had never been painted before. Upon arrival the crew supervisor Jasmine started washing the house while the rest of the crew hand cleaned my gutters. On day two they started prep work and I was really happy to see them double checking the entire house for unsealed areas.

The weather was not cooperating but the crew leader was very communicative with me and told me to expect them on the next sunny day. I was very nervous because my house had never been painted before especially the brick! Jasmine and crew were very detailed oriented in their work and they went above and beyond my expectations. My house is a two-story brick ranch with stone around it and they were really good at cutting out the edges to make sure my stone was not damaged. I highly recommend this company!

Re-stained our deck and did drywall repair in our garage. Their work quality and promptness was beyond what we could have hoped for. The drywall was about 100 square feet and we can't tell anything was done, it blends in so well. Highly recommend them and will use again when the need arises. Extremely clean.

In this instance, I was working out of state on one of my projects and needed the interior of my own home painted. As a contractor, I try to monitor all my jobs personally so I know the job gets completed correctly and expeditiously. I was pleased with the job the SouthEnd crew completed.

Received a Quote to get poles Painted which they did but wanted more money to do the tops. Make sure they Quote the complete jobs. Not a Very Good First and Only time using them. Todd Michael I did not request more work to be done I asked for a Quote to paint the light fixtures in out parking lot. Not part of them the whole fixture. But once you got here you told me that would be more so you got us for $800.00 so I write this in rebuttal to your review which is false you got paid in full. So have a drink on me it what you are.

My family had Southend come out for some exterior work on our home and also deck staining. They showed up on time on all the 3 days they were at our home. Had our trim work and shutters painted as well as the front door. The stain job on the deck came out wonderful! The crew worked very diligently and were very polite. I highly recommend Southend and will be using them when I need painting on the inside of home in the future!
