TJ Kiker called in advance and was on time. The disposal was replaced quickly and TJ ran 2 sinksful of water to make sure the repair would not leak and the item was repaired properly. At check time we received a discount from the former repair quote. It was a very positive experience and comforting to see a repairman you knew in the past return later in our condo's life, to perform another repair. KRoth

They were able to send out a plumber in about an hour when I had a leak at my water heater when other places were saying it would be 10-12 hours before someone could get here. Chris Jones was the technician and he was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions. He installed my new water heater quickly and saved the day!

When I called they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. But the office and our technician were nice and easy to work with. Chris was kind and knowledgeable. John came when scheduled, called ahead, was friendly and did a good job. He made sure the area was clean when he left. I've been using Rapid Rooter for a long time. Example of attention to detail: John made sure the disposer ring was exactly straight up and down. I'm a plumb and level sort of gal and this is important. Not all service people in the world would think this is important!

John B. has come out on 2 different occasions for different emergency plumbing issues. Each time, he was professional, honest, and took time to explain the issues in detail. He is very knowledgable. We are so glad to finally find a great plumber that is honest and does great work. We highly recommend John B. at Rapid Rooter of Charlotte! They are quick to come out, and reasonably priced.

I will never use this company again very unpleased with services i got charged 2,000 dollars for toilet being clogged then their was no pipes cut or they did not remove my toilet nor did they do wat they charged for on the in voice john and larry was terrible and un clean not to mention they lied about being at my house 2 hours the were there 30 mins tops i got a quote from another company and they told me $300 i will never ever use this company

Not Happy with the service, Called because the sink was backed up, first Steve came out he did not snake the drain, but assumed that it needed to be pressured from the roof and it would cost $800.00, we paid the $800.00 and he had his boss come out and do the work and now after only 2 months the sink is backed up again, and the washer and dishwasher are backing into the sink, now they want to charge us again to come out, with the excuse that it is out of warranty. So how convenient only a 1 month warranty. I will not be using these guys ever again they take your money and do a poor job. They don't care they are just about the money.

Larry and John came out and helped me through a very complex installation of a free standing tub. They explained the step by step process and were extremely responsive and professional. Separately, Larry also came out separately and explained how my lift-pump works and how we can address relocating it, which was very helpful to us. Because of our great experience, we are now loyal clients and will recommend their team to anyone else with plumbing needs.
