Receptionist blew us off saying this company was booked 3 weeks out. They were the original contractor who did the plumming on our new house. Interesting how no one is around when there's a leak.

Called twice on a Sunday to request the on call plumber for an emergency. It's been 2 hours. Still no call back or any type of response. Would avoid this business at all costs. HORRIBLE customer service.

Had them out twice for a couple of fixes after a new build, we had the same staff both times and he was great at explaining everything and very helpful.

They were on time, concerned about the issues, and got to work right away. Although they needed to order a part they still fixed it to a point that was workable until the part comes in. They were courteous and personable, along with being professional.

The representative was cordial and professional. The work was completed quickly & to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company!

Received same day service. The associate was professional and friendly. He came and fixed the problem. Great service and I also want to mention Theresa. She was very nice on the phone when I called to schedule the service. Thank you. I highly recommend Whitton Plumbing.

We just moved into our new home and one of our toilets was leaning to the right. We entered a ticket with our builder and next thing we know Whitton Plumbing was here and resolved the problem. Fast efficient and quality work.

Had a plumbing issue. Called them. They promptly responded. A great guy was dispatched. He took care of the issue in a timely fashion. Highly professional!

I am not sure how good this company is as a plumber. but they sure drive terrible. When I pass you on Sossaman and Warner as you are driving 30 miles an hour. it is bad form to speed up to 65. Just saying.

Whitton was awesome! Our master bath was not getting any hot water. After some problem solving and troubleshooting they figured out the problem and saved us the hassle of having our walls opened up!

Have had a problem with bathtub draining since we moved in a year ago. First two guys tried to fix it by just loosening the drain plug. This was only temporary fix. Last guy replaced part and so far seems to be working.

Great service and very reasonable. I had a leak in my wall, the service provided was fast due to the leak.

Faulty valves were installed in my newly built home, so our master bath shower was inoperable for nearly 2 months. If it had been tested properly upon installation, we would not have had these issues. The first appointment we had to make, they came out within a couple days, but it got worse after that. Additionally, the first appointment was a no show because "he didn't know he had a ticket, " so we were skipped over.

There were a few follow up appointments which myself or my husband had to call in and schedule, instead of receiving a call back like we were told. Our drywall and marble had to be completely ripped out and replaced, which took a couple weeks itself. On another occasion, they told us it would be a couple days until they could get the part and our builder had to call and escalate the situation. Interestingly enough, they all of the sudden had the part they needed and were able to come the next day. Awful experience with this company. I hope my builder can go through a different plumbing service.

Great plumbing company. I have used them a couple of times and they are fast and their work is excellent.

We have used Whitton Plumbing for a few situations in our new home. Apart from one specific case, where the required part was not available in time, their service has been very good. In each case, the our issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Our issues were mainly related to new build where some debris was left in the shower drain and sink drainage was not properly tightened causing leak under the sink.

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They found an issue we had been trying to solve for a year, that 3 other plumbers could not diagnose. They explained to us clearly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Would highly recommend!

Whitton Plumbing was the plumbing contractor for my new home. they have been very responsive when I needed service. I would use them again.

They were nice, honest, and efficient. They came out to do a simple repair and the service technician was courteous and took the time to do the job correctly with out cutting corners.

New build home needing follow up for a nonworking kitchen sink garbage disposal. Arrived the afternoon before Thanksgiving with the best attitude and most polite respectful personality. Replaced the disposal immediately and efficiently. Highly recommend!

We had just moved into a NEW home had been unpacking the moving truck ALL DAY went to get in the shower at 8pm ( yes long day) and NO HOT WATER! Called Whitton and a very nice gentleman on call CAME OUT and fixed the new hot water heater., yes that night. never told us to wait till tomorrow. he never once complained for having to come out LATE at night he could not have been any nicer, and we could not have been more appreciative for the great CUSTOMER SERVICE that they provided. Scheduling an appointment with Whitton Plumbing was easy. The service man was on on time and he repaired the drainage quickly and efficiently.

Customer service is a low priority. If you have a problem that can be fixed in one visit, you'll probably be ok. But, if you require a second visit or need them to return your call, you're out of luck. Once they have your money, they have no need for you.

Very pleasant experience. Plummer arrived, quoted 2 hrs to complete job and completed job in exactly 2 hours. Very professional and he cleaned floor with vacuum where drywall had to be cut. I like a trade service where they clean up after repair. No billing surprises and very competent tradesman. All for 1/3 of price of a competitors estimate.

Customer service - HORRIBLE! Do not use. Technician broke a vase then refused to rectify.

If you can't get a return call for new business I can only imagine their customer service for their existing customers. Won't be finding out personally.
