Our furnace stopped blowing warm air and quit. The temperatures were cold and I was concerned about anyone being able to repair the furnace before we got too cold. After one call Kuhn not only schedule me at 8:00 am the next morning but brought space heaters for us to make it through the night. The technicians were polite, professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot.
They offered me options and extended service plans without being the least pushy. I asked questions, they answered and allowed me to make the decision. Definitely would use them again!

Called at 10:45 with a non-emergency call (our unit in the attic was leaking--not convenient, but the unit was still keeping the house cool) and told them we understood if was going to take a few days to get out here so they could take care of other customers who were without AC on this 90 degree day. They arrived about 1:00 that same day and were able to fix the problem in about an hour. Service techs were friendly and knowledgeable.

I contacted Kuhn after I noticed my main floor unit wasn’t blowing cold. They were able to have a technician on site within about an hour, and he was quickly able to assess the situation and offer me several options/courses of action. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, and I highly recommend these folks.

Ed Kuhn and his team are amazing! They helped me convert from electric to gas in 2019 and installed 2 units for me in my 3200 Sq foot house. TERRIBLE service with arrogant and rude technicians who left before giving me a written report indicating work needed/inspection findings etc. (especially one key factor I requested in writing: proof that they monitored for Carbon Monoxide) *Probably because they didn't monitor it! One also bad-mouthed another company. Get this: not only no report, but they just drove off and the "Supervisor" I called when they left apologized and said the owner would call me. Guess the company's unprofessional workers are more important than a phone call. Do not use Kuhn AC of Nashville.

I'm a long-time customer (since 2005). He's seen my family through issues large and small. He's always honest about the issues, options and prices. We've had full systems installed in past homes. Last night, we called late about an issue. He got to is the next morning and had it fixed before lunch. Highly trust and recommend Ed Kuhn.

BEWARE! If this guy was any worse he would be in handcuffs. He charged me $200 for less than 15 minutes of work and to replace under 2 pounds of coolant/refrigerant. On top of the ridiculous rates he banged his tool bag into the bumper of my truck, scratching it, and acted like nothing happened. The cherry on top was when he said I should call someone else to track my leak because it would probably be difficult.
So not only does he not want to work, but will charge an arm and a leg for anything resembling it. This guy (Ed) was a nightmare, and I hope people read this review and avoid suffering his "Service".
