My company has been using Warren Paint's concrete sealers for over a decade. Not once have I ever had a problem with their service, availability of product, or the performance of their product. Every other product I have ever been baited into using by other companies has failed prematurely or taken multiple coats, therefore, more product. That equates to more money out my customers' pockets.
Their staff ALWAYS go above and beyond and are some of the nicest people I know. I actually enjoy calling them and seeing them when I pick up product. While I hesitate to send people their way because I want them to be my secret, I wouldn't be doing anyone right by letting them use any other companies' product(s) on their property.

I had experienced some difficulty contacting this company, but the President, Jeff Smythe was very apologetic and offered to help get my materials to me on time. I used their driveway sealer a year ago, and found it's a much better product than you can get at the big box stores, for about the same price. If I remember correctly, the company that did all of the work for the Opryland Hotel used Warren's sealer. I think most of their customers are contractors who do painting or sealing professionally, but they sell to homeowners too.
I went back this year, planning to do another coat to get a really thick layer on, and they actually recommended not applying any more, and explained the reasons why. Explanation aside, I think it says a lot about the company and how they stand behind the product, such that they turned down business because a second coat isn't needed or recommended for at least another couple years. Definitely recommended based on customer service and quality, and they're local!
