My name is Angela Carter! Unfortunately I cannot tell you how their work is because I couldn't even get past the estimate part! I originally had an appointment with John to come out, I told him everything I wanted and got an estimate back that barely covered anything I said! I called him to clarify that I did want my WHOLE house sided and any wood damage fixed (his estimate only had half the house) he was going to leave me with half my house improperly done!
I asked for my kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry and family room to all have the same flooring in it and his estimate only had partial flooring. I asked for a slight remodel in the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom and asked for the median price range because I didn't need granite countertops or anything like that, but the estimate came back with granite countertops (that were expensive as ever) and cabinetry that could not have been the median price range!
So he said email me exactly what you want, so I did, and I still have not heard anythinng from them! Now I know I didn't want the best of the best and my house is not perfect, but it's mine and I wanted to get it fixed up, I have bank approval for a home.equity loan but I guess you don't need the money and at this point I will find someone serious about the work I need done!
Thank you for nothing and wasting my time on a company that had no desire to help me anyway! Must be nice to be a company that does not need money nor business. I will make sure I share this with all of my friends also!
