This company is unethical. I scheduled an appointment to replace a drain pipe in three weeks because supposedly they couldn't do it earlier. The day before the scheduled appointment I emailed them to confirm. They never replied and they didn't show up the day of the appointment. Do not use this company. One star is too much. Your response is absolutely a big lie.

I cannot believe you your totally false response. Linda, Your response is absolutely not true. I check my voice mail and email several times each day. I never received a voicemail nor a response to the email I send the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm that your plumbers will be here 8 o'clock. I called a plumber from Canton and did the job the same day.

They were extremely helpful. They couldn't come out for 2 weeks roughly but gave me a name of another company to try to unclog my drain.

People, do not use this company. They lie, overcharge and the tech I dealt with had a bad attitude and didn't want to be there. I am tenant and needed a hot water heater, so my landlord called them.aftwr waiting for the heater to come in from being ordered, I was told it would be after Thanksgiving. The day before Thanksgiving the dispatcher called me and asked me if they could do it in a couple of hours.

I said sure. The technician came with a bad attitude and asked me where the tank is. I replied, at the shop that lady said to me. He looked around, and after being there twice before he finally noticed we needed electrical work before he started. Then when the electrician was done b y someone else it was fast and sufficient. After all the work was done, my landlord called me and said they charged her well over the estimate.

And the dispatcher blamed me for calling her and making up lies. I will never in my life b e a middle man again. These people are crooks and liers. Only one star because the job was finally done. They are also not allowed anymore on this Condo Complex. Deacon Plumbing your terrible.

Dave came by my condo unit to replace a drain pipe in my bathroom sink. Showed up on time as scheduled. Checked out what he needed for parts and returned and completed the work promptly and effectively. I'd say labor price is a bit higher than I expected but otherwise no complaints here! I've now had them do work for me twice and both times it was done well.

Fast dependable friendly. Had my toilet fixed took 15 minutes. Cost was very reasonable. Bad experience with another plumber who wanted to charge me over 300 dollars more. Office staff so nice an accomadating.

If you use these guys make sure you have some flex tape to make up for their shoddy work. After telling me that the work I needed done would cost $600-$700 they sent me a bill for $1,150. On top of that the guy that did the work did a whole lot of complaining about how hard the work was the entire couple hours he did it. Definitely don't use them.

Really expensive. I was a customer for 30 years and was shocked at their quote for a water heater. I used to think they were great.

This company is unethical. They took $92 from my company for an appointment and estimate, never showed and informed us later that they would not come even after scheduling it and taking our money. Despite the fact that they caused us a lot of problems with our client over it, they just callously jerked us around. Do not use them for anything unless you want to be swindled
