Our house wash process can be used on any type of house surface including, vinyl, aluminum or painted wood, as well as Dryvit and brick. We use low pressure and specific cleaners for cleaning specific surfaces and types of dirt. The lower pressure and targeted cleaners lessen the risk of damage to your house.
A. Siding gets dirty just like any other surface. Routine cleaning helps keep your house looking beautiful and keeps dirt and mildew from damaging your siding. A. We use soap that is specially formulated for cleaning siding, therefore we can let the soap do the work and extremely high pressure is not needed.
Roof washing has become a common practice in the past few years, in order to remove the black streaks (which are a type of mold) from asphalt shingle roofs. This mold feeds on the limestone granules on the surface of the shingles and over time can shorten the life of the roof. However, the cleaning must be done gently and carefully, so as not to damage the shingles.
To bring out the natural beauty of the wood we remove the dirt, mildew, old stains, and sealers. Then we apply a high quality penetrating oil sealer. We start the cleaning process by applying a non-toxic cleaner to loosen up the dirt, mildew, and grey wood fibers. These contaminants can then be easily washed away.

Great job. We hired them to power wash the siding and clean the Windows. Their employee, Pat worked SO hard to ensure that we were happy with his efforts. He was very fastidious.cleaning the underside of the gutters and eaves of the house. The end result was amazing. The siding literally gleams and so do the windows. Pat said at the start of the job "I want to make sure you are happy with my work." We certainly are and would recommend this company to anyone who needs power washing at a competitive price done by pros who care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I got my deck power washed/sealed as well as the front of my house. I appreciated that the team at squeaky clean were friendly and receptive when I noticed some spots that needed additional touch up cleaning or sanding. Matt even came out personally to tidy things up and left me some extra stain for a future deck project free of charge. The price was reasonable and I would feel comfortable using their services again or recommending them to a friend.

The folks at Squeaky Clean pressure washed my father's log home and treated it with preservatives. They arrived on time, as promised, and did a terrific job. When they fell a little behind after the first day, they came back on Saturday to stay on schedule. What really impressed us were the repairs they made. Dad had asked for holes from carpenter bees and woodpeckers to be filled, but we didn't expect level of effort the team put into fixing them.
They didn't just fill holes; they replaced small sections of beams. It looked great! Best of all, Squeaky Clean was the best price of 3 estimates we got. We were very impressed with the quality and value of their service.

Matt has been to my house several times over the past 20 years to power wash it prior to re-staining. He has done a great job, and has given me advice on my projects, a great guy. He washed my Western Red Cedar siding last week, and just as a courtesy also power washed my concrete porch, walk, and stoop, and did a top notch job as usual. Believe the other reviews that for some reason Yelp has not chosen to include in the ratings.

We had a new deck installed a year ago. We were told it needed to be sealed. Matt came out and gave us an estimate. We had 4 other companies come out and we made the choice to use Squeaky Clean inc. We felt Matt displayed an honest integrity that we could trust. They came out and were friendly and professional. We thought after a few days the stain appeared to be somewhat light as it possibly needed some touch up in a few spots. Matt came out and simply added another layer which was not expected.
This display simply proves that we made the right choice from the beginning. Our deck looks absolutely incredible. I'm not sure why it appeared light after the first few days, but it doesn't really matter because Matt immediately rectified that issue. I strongly recommend Squeaky Clean Inc. for the company to use for the services they offer. you will not be disappointed.

We recently had Squeaky Clean out to clean our house, garage, front porch and deck, front sidewalk, rear deck, patio and basement steps. They also stained our front porch deck and rear deck. I know the girl who did the work was the owner's daughter. I could see she took pride in her work and she did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Warning- Hired to pressure wash whole house, and they only did 1/2 of the house. This company had a poor pressure washing system my garden hose has more pressure. I asked them to come back out and finish the job correctly, and i received a attitude for complaining about the poor job. I would not recommend this company "Squeaky Clean inc" to anyone
