DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD! I called to have a birds nest(s) removed from the vent on the front of my house. Ben came out and provided a free estimate. I was quoted $300 for the bird removal and then told I had a big problem with mice as well and was quoted another $2500 for that. I have never seen one mouse or even a mouse dropping in the 4 years I've owned my home.

I scheduled the service for Ben to come back the following week to remove the nest(s). On the day of the scheduled service, Ben came back with no intention of completing the job. He told me he would not be the one to actually remove the birds? But I scheduled "THE SERVICE"? He also said his ladder had a lock on it that he didn't have the key for? He climbed up on my railing to see up into the vent to see if the nest(s) were accessible.

I was so confused as to why this wasn't checked when he came out originally for the free estimate. He then expected me to pay the $300 upfront and told me someone named Dave would be coming back to finish the job. However, he could not tell me when Dave would be returning. I refused to pay and kindly escorted him from my house. I called the office the next day to report what happened and find out if this is their standard practice and the receptionist who took my call was just as full of $h!t!

She acted shocked and appalled at Ben's behavior and said she would get to the bottom of it and that the owner or manager would be reaching out to me. I never heard one word back from anyone. Please don't waste your time with these people. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

Fantastic technicians and ultra professional service. They were so fast and effective, communicated clearly and I just love the job they did. I haven't seen any mosquitos or spiders for months Services: Mosquito extermination, Spider extermination, Termite inspection

Really bad service. I have been waiting for the technician since 8am because they gave me a time of 8-12noon. It is 2pm now and no one has called to let me know when the technician is coming. When I call them only answer I get is the technician will call back. Please do not hire them. The phone person is very rude and has no patience to answer your question. I do not recommend these people to anyone.

As others have described Triangle did not meet my expectations for quality service. The technicians are nice and competent but there is a lapse between them and dispatch. Several times I had requested a phone call, text or email before my next visit and never did I receive one, just a sorry we missed you note. I asked Noah my usual technician to contact me or change my schedule and he said I would need to contact the office.

That was pretty much his response to all my concerns. Which is unfortunate to the customer that the techs cannot accept the responsibility for communication or customer feedback. The last straw was when I changed to quarterly treatments and he still kept coming every month. I asked him why saying I changed my schedule and he said there was no notation of that for him.

Clearly there is a disconnection or lack of transparency in communication at Triangle. To me that is not professional nor a partnership. I cancelled my service promptly after. Therefore I cannot recommend Triangle Home Services.

After trying a few different big name pest control companies in the area with no success, I was referred through a coworker to Triangle. Tanner came out and was very informative and thorough during his inspection. Genna couldn't have been more helpful in the office, quickly scheduling a service to combat my issue. I recommend Triangle to anyone needing pest control service or prevention! I also had no clue they do home improvement and are coming out to give me a quote on remodeling my bathroom, very excited given their respectable reputation!

We contracted with Fogle's Termite and Pest to take care of our ongoing and serious carpenter ant problem. Tanner came out and discussed all of our options. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He gave me piece of mind that the treatments were safe for my children and pets. Within a few weeks, all problems with ants were taken care of and the monthly treatments have continued to keep ants and other pests away. Their technicians are always professional and their customer service is great. I would definitely recommend them for any pest problem you are having.

Triangle Home Services is a great local company you can trust when it comes to pest control, or home improvement! Tanner did a great job of explaining his custom plan for pest prevention on both the outside and inside of my house and garage. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the pest prevention treatments and the specific bugs/rodents we'd be targeting. I would recommend them to friends and family, or anyone with a pest or home improvement concern!

Triangle Home Services is at the top of the game. I've used their services at my place of business and have enjoyed their family friendly services for several years. Tanner has been a friend of mine for some time and he's always been professional and motivated when it comes to his work. Travis taught him well! When they treated my warehouse building they were able to help with all our issues and weren't too intrusive or hard to deal with. You're in good hands with triangle

Triangle Homes has been treating our home for a year now. We saw results within a couple days and have been pest/ termite free ever since. The communication among the inspectors, technicians, and scheduling employees is nothing but excellent. It is a pleasure having a local company come in, give great pricing, offer great services, and deliver on all their promises. Tanner has been fabulous for us in helping with this treatment. 10/10 would recommend!

Triangle Home Services has been nothing but beneficial to us and for our home. Communication through the company was clear, consistent, and very helpful. Specifically Tanner who will go above and beyond explaining each path that we could take and the pros and cons to each. We saw results within 2 treatments.
