I am an OCD nut job and really struggled with the Keystone Door installers not needing any help from me yesterday. After they were done I went all over the door that they installed to "judge" their work and find all their short cuts. I found NONE! For the first time in my life I cannot say, "If I wanted it done right then I should have done it myself". I just have nothing but good things to say about Jeff, Dante, and the rest of the staff! Thank You Very Much!

Have used these guys for commercial and residential jobs. Jeff goes above and beyond and really knows his stuff. You might think that all garage doors and installers are the same, but when it comes to things like finish details and clearances and design choices no one will walk alongside you like Jeff. Extremely happy with him and his guys.

I ordered two garage doors and they delivered and installed on perfect time. Removed old and cleaned up. Installed new and properly adjusted and checked 100% plus perfect job. Very Nice Company. Ed H.

I called Keystone and they were friendly and polite on the telephone. They asked a few questions about the door and problems we were experiencing (making loud noises when ascending or descending). They worked around my schedule for the service call. The technician, Clyde, arrived right on time and looked at our door. He diagnosed the problem (needed new pulley wheels and lubrication). Clyde worked quickly and had the new parts in place in about 20 minutes. He was a very nice and a respectful employee We will absolutely use Keystone again for our overhead door needs. Don't brother looking any further, these guys are the pros at overhead doors and openers. Had Jeff and his guys out to my business locations and also my homes, top notch service, jobs done right and on time.

An excellent company - I spoke with a very kind woman on the phone and she sent someone over promptly. The provider knew what he was talking about and fixed our overhead door quickly. I will definitely call them in the future.

We recently needed new garage doors after getting several quotes we decided to use Keystone Overhead Doors mainly due to the professional advice we received from Jeff, he was so knowledgeable and informative and gave us great advice on which kind of door opener to purchase for our needs. It was also very helpful to be able to go to the showroom and look at samples and see how the doors and opener actually worked and sounded.

I asked lots of questions, Jeff and Alison were both very prompt in returning my emails and phone calls. Once we decided on the doors, installation was scheduled quickly and the installers of the doors were very professional. I love our new garage doors and they are so quiet. I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had. I would highly recommend Keystone Overhead doors.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I have had with all the personnel at Keystone Overhead Door, but especially Jeff. I purchased my two garage door openers approximately five years ago from Keystone. Just recently, I had one that would only close part way. Since I am somewhat handy, I asked Keystone (Jeff), if they could tell me how I might fix it.

With a $7 part and free text coaching from Jeff, my door is again smoothly working. In this day and age, not too many companies are that supportive. I will definitely continue to business with this company!
