"AMERICAN SCREEN & GLASS" from Sterling, VA have been wonderful to work, and Shawn in particular has been fantastic! He arrived to my home this morning as scheduled and resolved the issue I had with my patio door with efficiency and great care. I will definitely call upon them again!

We QUICKLY needed the screen material replaced in a handful of our screens prior to putting our house on the market. Debbie in the front office, and the gentleman who worked our project into his schedule, were A-MAY-ZING. Their helpfulness, prompt communication, and willingness to work with us on a tight timeline made ALL the difference in what could have otherwise been a painful situation. This review is LONG overdue, but I cannot recommend them enough!

American Screen and Glass is a reliable and trustworthy business. Ive used their services to replace screen doors, and even had a custom glass piece cut for an antique table, they did great work! Its always a pleasure to speak with Debbie when I call, she's sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this business.

A very large maple tree branch fell during a very windy storm which fell on one of our windows, breaking the glass. This was a double pane rather old Pella wood window with blinds between the two panels. American Screen & Glass had done work for us several years ago so we contacted them. The front office was very cordial and knowledgeable and arranged for an estimator to come to our home. Fred was very efficient and assured us they knew how to work these Pella windows. Tempered glass had to be ordered, which came in sooner than expected and the repair was scheduled shortly thereafter; Aaron and Ron arrived as promised and did an excellent job at replacing the broken glass. I definitely recommend this company!

CJ and everyone at American Screen and Glass are wonderful! They were quick to respond, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took care of my clients windows and screens recently to prepare for a home sale and came to my personal home to repair a window. They were reasonably priced and worked efficiently from time of estimate to install. They continue to be my first call for my real estate clients! Highly recommend!

Long overdue review. I had several doors replaced in my home with American Screen & Glass nearly 2 years ago. The whole team was very professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. I called the other day to ask a question about removal of one of the sliding glass doors to allow a larger item through the door and without hesitation they help me out right away. I thank you all and keep up the good work!

From beginning to end, we had a positive experience with American Screen and Glass. It only took a day or two after my initial call for Shawn to come and look at the project. The written quote was shared soon after. We found the cost to be reasonable. When processing my deposit, the payment didn't go through but Kris called/emailed. She was patient while we figured out the glitch - my fault for transposing a number.

We laughed once we figured it out. Al came out to do the final measurements and the glass was ordered. It took about two weeks. Scheduling installation was easy and several dates were offered. Al and his team - Isaac, Max & Orlando - spent the day installing the glass. They did great work. The new glass was well matched (3 large, 5 small) and makes a huge difference.

The installation looks great. Debbie called to confirm that the work was complete before processing the final payment. The entire process took less than 4 weeks and all interactions were positive. I saved thousands of dollars by replacing the glass versus buying new windows.

We had a great experience with their work to replace the broken double-panel window glass. They are so responsive to our inquiry and helpful since the beginning. prompt response from Debbie and Marina to help us set up the estimate and installation appointments, accurate assessment and measurement from Chris, and Aaron, the contractor that installed the glass, is very professional and detailed with high quality work, and keep everything clean.

We are very impressed of such great team work of this company and experts to help clients to get the best cost effective and high-quality solution, and we will definitively use their service again.

My sliding glass door is pretty large and was very difficult to open and close due to 30-year old rollers. The previous owner of my condo also installed the handle incorrectly and never even installed a lock. The sliding screen door was just a frame without the screen and was falling apart, and I was struggling to find a replacement given its size (approximately 50" x 80").

American Screen and Glass was quick to send a technician to provide the estimate and then send the invoice within the same week of me calling. Parts arrived on a Sunday and I got a call to schedule the service for that same week. My appointment window was 11-2 and the technicians arrived at 11 and were professional and quick. They replaced the rollers in my glass door, cleaned out the track, and applied WD40, and then installed the new sliding screen door and the lock for the glass door. Installation took about 40 minutes, and now everything is in perfect working order.

I can even close the glass door with one finger when it used to take my whole body! I'm thrilled to be able to use my sliding doors and just in time for Summer. I would definitely recommend them!
