I called them on Wednesday and they said could be here Thursday. I had an appointment that day so they said they would try to come today but it would probably be Monday then. They come Wednesday took care of my problem, cleaned up and filled in the hole. Very friendly and pleasant. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

I needed a faucet replaced. I bought a new faucet and, knowing that they would do a better job than I would, got Sullivan Plumbing sent me a very competent and personable young man named Jack to install it. He was excellent, worked carefully, and got it done quickly! He even asked me if I had anything else that needed to be done. He then helped me with a minor adjustment and flapper replacement in a toilet. This is my second experience with Sullivan and I recommend them highly!

Worked with 2 teams of 2. The first team noticed I was wearing a mask and put their masks on before entering. They left whatever clogged our sink in one of our nice calphalon pots. The second team that came back later wouldn't wear a mask at all because the young man i asked to wear one said he can't breathe with a mask on. Otherwise, the quality of work was ok.

Thomas was super helpful, and seemed very knowledgeable. Also thorough with follow up clean up, both his own and ones for us to dry things out. He was also able to fit in an extra lil job that was a great help and gave me several quotes for some future projects we need to address without being annoyed. Said to give him a call if anything were to come up, which was reassuring since when it comes to plumbing and repairs, I'm always nervous because of what a mess/disaster things can quickly become.
