Honey Do Service

They overcharged me by $292.18. When I pointed this out at the beginning of March, I was told wait until my payments posted and then they would reimburse me. I never heard anything back, so I called last week and spoke with Michelle, the owner. She said she was going to look into it and call me back this week to resolve the issue. I have not heard back from her.

Be careful when you receive an estimate, it is not what you will be charged, based on my experience and other reviews I have read. Update: In response to the owner Michelle's reply to my review. I am sorry but you are not telling the truth here. I can show you my estimate of $584.35. You overcharged me. I have been waiting for you to call me back to try to resolve this since April 21, 2022.

GIFTED HANDYMAN - Aaron. I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to give a shout out to Aaron of Honey Do Services due to his excellence. I had a list of 9-10 items of various things that needed installed or fixed and he checked them all off one by one perfectly and efficiently. He didn't need to ask any questions and there was nothing he couldn't do! Showed up on time and ready to get going.

No wasting time! He is truly a gifted handyman and I highly recommend! And Honey Do Services are very professional, friendly, and informed me of exact pricing ahead of time (thanks, Nancy)

Absolutely fantastic experience. I called Tuesday after the original company who we'd contracted with backed out because he forgot he was double booked. ugh. I needed a pavilion roof lifted up and installed on or before Saturday. they were able to schedule me for Friday afternoon. They called to confirm the time the day before. the men who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really knew what they were were doing. they were very nice also. price was very reasonable also. we will definitely call them again. I'm very happy with this service and this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Honey Do Service, Inc. Call to Nancy and she set up a someone to check out my 'issues' around the home and outside. Aaron scheduled within a week and did a VERY good job with all the task master list I had for repairs, dry wall problem, crack in chimney, numerous items from electrical to plumbing. I can't thank them enough for the professional work, great attitude and reasonable services!

I used them to lift and install the roof of a pavilion in my yard. My husband started the assembly and we need them to finish it. they did a great job. fantastic experience. they were able to come out on short notice, were on time, and very nice about everything. the men who came out were very nice, knowledgeable, professional and worked really hard. the price was very reasonable. I was very happy with this service and will definitely use them again.

I had them give me a quote on several different things I needed done on a house I had just bought. I got the quote/contract, signed it, and paid half upfront. The workers showed up and did a very good job. After he had finished all the work he handed me the contract in order to pay the remaining balance and I saw that they had added over $200 without ever discussing it with me in advance.

They did knock some of the price off because it didn't take them as many hours as they estimated so in reality the original quote should have been lower but I still wound up paying more than I should have. Despite that I called them to come back and give me another estimate on some additional work and while the estimator was here I mentioned the added money to the other contract and he said he would discuss it with the owner get back with me.

That was over 2 months ago and I have not heard from anyone. I've called twice since then and asked for Mason (the estimater) but he will not speak to me nor will he return my calls. Very unprofessional.

Had them replace a toilet. A pipe busted in my house flooded my hallway and half my living room. Within minutes the Owner and his wife were there with the worker cleaning up the mess fix the leak shopped vac my whole house and made it actually look better. And gave me one heck of a discount. So Praise the Lord for Honey Do Service. Did great work on the toilet and all the other work needed. Looks perfect. I will always call on them when I need work

Excellent company and excellent employees. We recently purchased a home that had several repairs and maintenance items needed based on the inspection. Honey Do addressed them all and repaired in a timely manner. There was clear and timely communication throughout each step of the various projects. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable of the necessary repairs.

They even went above and beyond the necessary repair on one item in order to avoid any issues in the future. I definitely recommend them and will call them whenever I have a repair or maintenance need.

The repairman showed up on time and fixed everything I asked. He was friendly but I noticed the clock just ticking away and finally after SIX hours I called the office. I was concerned that in that timeframe a very minimal amount work had been done. And I mean minimal. So what do ya know? He completed 50% of the work in the very last hour. I will never pay for hourly repairs again and I will never use this service again.

I would love for "Scott" to tell me how these charges add up. I'll let you decide for yourself. He installed 2 faucets, tightened a few screws and hung a few pictures/curtains and my bill was over $700? Oh but the manager Scott made sure to tell me I never call them again. No problem Scott! I was selling my house in Arlington, the buyers sent their inspectors out. I had some things that needed fixed/repaired before closing. I could have done the work myself but never would have met the deadline. These guys came out and gave me an estimate, free mind you, I accepted we had an agreement. The owner call me personally and we discussed my closing date.

He saw this through. The new buyers did a walk through on their way to closing. I was pleased and the buyers were pleased. These guys did everything to meet my date and the workmanship was excellent, it wasn't just a "get-by" to sell my property. I recommend these guys and will use them again if they come to Yulee! You will not go wrong if you give them a chance. R Thigpen

Honey Do Service has been to my home 3 times in the last two months doing projects for me. I have been extremely happy with their work all three times! They are professional, timely, reasonably priced and they do exceptional work. I highly recommend Honey Do Service for any projects you may have.
