Went to other bigger stores looking for hardware, and they didn't have what I was looking for and showed no interest in helping me find/order what I needed. They were very helpful and were fair on pricing even though they had to special order a part for me. Definitely will be going back if I need something in the future!

We built a new kitchen and they had solid wood for much less than plywood with veneer at other stores. Also got great prices on items required to renovate an old bathroom. They always have items not sold in the chain hardware stores. And they sell Stihl products, which I prefer.

After going to two big box home stores to purchase lattice and not finding what I wanted, I came back towards home. I passed by here and thought I'd just stop and look. Not only did they have exactly what I wanted but at a much better price. They'll even help load it.
