It's not often a small company endures as long as we have, but with a strong commitment to customer service and traditional values, our family owned and operated business is still here-since 1927! Dyer's was founded in 1927 by John Dyer. It was originally an auto body shop and wrecker service (there wasn't much indoor plumbing around town at the time).
It wasn't until the 1950's, when public water and sewer service began to be installed in town, that Dyer's entered the plumbing industry. Dyer's Inc now provides 24/7 Emergency Plumbing as well as plumbing contracting, plumbing supplies, and swimming pool supplies.

Update: One of the owners called and addressed the issue regarding price and agreed the price was a bit high and wanted to help. I appreciate the willingness to help with price. Sadly, he did not address the two other issues which for me were just as important, which is the office assistant taking the call and not informing the customer of such a high service call.
People are struggling these days, if you are going to charge high costs make sure your customers are aware instead of trapping them after the fact. Lastly, the fact that the service techs do not discuss costs with clients. Again, I don't know any customer who wants to wait to find out how much you are charging for services until after the fact. I don't like to be surprised after the service techs leave and get a bill.
I appreciate the call, but make sure you are going over all the issues your customer posted a review about. When I addressed them with the owner, he barely addressed it and redirected conversation back to the cost.end update. I'm extremely disappointed with dyers. My mom called them because her facet in the bathroom wasn't running. No quote was given over the phone.
They were at our home for at most 5 minutes, it was a simple fix. The screen on the facet where the water comes out was clogged. They cleaned and it worked fine afterwards. My mom asked for the bill, they said it would come in the mail. Ok, well how much was it for service, they didn't know as they don't handle that. We get a bill in the mail today for 150.00 for 5 minutes of work.
I have never been charged so much for a service call where very little work was done. I am extremely disappointed with the large bill, not being quoted a large service fee and techs who can't give prices to customers. I find that completely unprofessional. Since your fees have went up a large amount, I will no longer do business with you guys.

Great services! I called early in the morning and they came before lunch time. They were very professional in showing me what the continued issue was and made sure I understood exactly what to expect and what is needed to completely fix the issue. Thank you so much for your honesty and help! Service: Sewer repair

I called Dyers for help with replacing an old toilet and sump pump as well as hooking up the water line to my new refrigerator and the next day they sent Rick and Kurt over. They were super nice and worked with to get everything done. They also both were very knowledgeable and once Rick heard I was a single Mom he began explaining how to work the new sump pump and how to care for it, how to shut off my water if needed and how to care for my hot water heater etc. They both went above and beyond! I could not have asked for better service, not to mention how kind and courteous everyone was from start to finish!

We're fairly new to Eden, and we didn't know who we should call when we ran into our first plumbing emergency. We chose Dyer's based on reviews on other sites, and we weren't disappointed. The Plumber they sent out knew what he was doing, and he was very kind and professional. He explained what was going on and gave us options of taking care of the problem. We've called them for every issue, and they are always there for us-even when we had a pipe freeze and burst during the night last winter!
