My parents noticed water in their hallway and determined the cause was a leaky AC. I called Arnold Jones and they were able to get someone out the same day. We were given a window of 2pm-4pm. Chandler and David showed up around 2:30pm. They were professional and respectful. The issue was diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. We expected a large bill and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. Will definitely use Arnold Jones for any other AC and/ heating related issues.

I have an older home with high velocity ductwork. Other vendors told me I would have to remove all the existing ductwork and start from scratch. Arnold Jones was able to find a heat pump and air handler that worked with my existing ductwork, saving me thousands of dollars. Courteous service and good communication. They even helped me find a financing offer that worked for me. Definitely recommend for HVAC.

I was in need of a new system and own an older home with unique challenges. While other companies wouldn't address the issue, Terry actually listened and came up with a solution. Jeff and the team were personable, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the installation process. The Arnold Jones Team posses excellent Customer Service skills and are reasonably priced. I had a house fire and Servpro (probably got a kickback) recommended that I use this company to service my furnace. Over the phone they said it would be $120 and I agreed to it. Then after they came out I got an email saying the bills was over $300 and my insurance refused to pay. Dude was here literally 10 minutes and just wiped two parts off with a rag.

I could have done it myself. Soon after he left my drain pipe to the unit clogged up and I had to clean that out myself because it all shut down. Beware of this company or they might triple the price on you without notice too. I will definitely shop around for a cheaper company next time or just do it myself. On Monday Nov 23 I received a call from them asking why I left a bad review. I stated facts and I believe most people would have been upset by the price increase. Lesson learned, get it in writing folks because verbal means nothing.

When our 25 year old air conditioner stopped working we wanted it replaced quickly but had some changes that had to happen alone with the replacement. Arnold Jones was very helpful, worked on our schedule and we got all the work done as we needed it. Highly recommend this vendor.
