Highly recommend Deets for residential HVAC work. Installed a mini-split heat pump in our. When dealing with a contractor you get a feel quickly for their experience and what you can expect for future support. Deets was great in all aspects. Poor communication by three men. I cannot recommend this company. Estimate lacked any details just one line/number. I've worked with much better companies. Tracked mud & dirt. I can only hope they are under better management.

Deets came same day. Went through troubleshooting on steam boiler. And found out and figured out the reason boiler was not working was gas meter broke down and quit working boiler was not getting any gas.called gas company and they changed out the meter. After meter was installed boiler started working. They troubleshooted the gas valve, water level, electrical service, they went through and checked a couple other things and clean the water level sensor.

3 service calls! Had an oil burning furnace, called and scheduled an appointment with Deets to look it over prior to winter, wish I hadn't. First time they came out, the tech skipped steps, resulting in us having to call them a second time where they acknowledged the guy was new and just learning! They didn't charge us luckily but had to call again on a 3rd time within a week due to no heat!

Here the tech improperly installed the nozzle! I came home from Thanksgiving to a 43 degree house, so again, called, no answer, left 2 messages. After 2 hours they called back, were rude and very unprofessional! Not worth the $$$. Had another company come out and no problems since, they even showed me where the nozzle was misaligned.

Critical: Responsiveness Called for service on a Sunday, no answer, left a message to return my call and never heard from them, I'm lucky it wasn't cold out, called competitor and they got the job, don't recommend

I've had multiple service jobs done by Deets and they are always prompt and courteous. I've had a couple minor issues and brought it to their attention and they made the situation right, quickly. Very nice people and they provide fast service.

When you call them they at your place as soon as they can be. Don't have too wait for days. And they do really good work. And they clean up before they leave

First off I would like to thank Steve from Deets. Super polite and professional. Was great chatting with him and learning the cause of our problem. Very informative. Deets Mechanical was contracted to replace the pilot assembly and Gas Module Controller on our 2 year old Rheem Hot Water heater. Steve was knowledgeable and went straight to task and explained the process as he was doing the work.

His time management was spot on and he was 100% prepared to deal with the job from the onset. Removal and installation of the new components was quick and efficient and an absolute success. My family can now have some nice hot showers again. I what to personally thank Deets Mechanical for a job very well done. 5 stars across the board. Price for service was more than fair and communications were wonderful thru out the process.

Unfortunately they will not install anything not purchased through their company. I had been told good things about this company and I believe they probably do good work, however this put my family in an unfortunate situation. Hopefully others will see this and not waste their time if they have purchased their own appliance for themselves.

Called for a quote on a new furnace. They wouldnt give me a number that day. They told me they would call the next day. Never did. Also have been advised not to go with them by previous customers. Frequently chang prices wire electrical wrong. If they cant return a phone call it's not a good sign. I will be going elsewhere. Yes I call yes you came yes the price changed 3 times. Up of course. Taking no chances.

Nope. Less Deets Mechanical trucks creeping on my street more saved from their questionable practices. BBB results not very positive. And yet business continues to take advantage of older population here in Venango county. SMH

I called late night before for hot water tank issue. I could wait until morning and they were here 1st thing. Fee was reasonable and fixed quickly. Justin was very knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Called them early in the morning with no heat. They had someone here working within 30 minutes. Had the issue fixed within 1 hour!
