Powell Portable Toilets

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ladies that answer the phone. Extremely rude. Hung up in my face two times. I've worked customer service for years so I understand how sometimes answering the phone all day can be hard especially when you don't have the nicest people calling. Because of this I always make sure to be very kind to the receptionist and try to put a smile on their face.

Unfortunately these ladies were awful to me and I really hope the owner of the businesses takes long consideration about this issue because they are costing the company A LOT of business.

Sometimes you don't know the quality of something good until you get something else to compare. This is a much delayed review. Powell's delivered my limestone and made my gravel driveway with great expertise in September in under ten minutes. The driver was super helpful and professional. Today I had another company come in to try to extend that driveway but the driver claimed he got stuck and left me a 9 cu yard pile of limestone which is completely blocking my driveway.

I was treated so badly when I called their company and now I'm looking at paying another $320 to rent a skidster or shovel it myself. Go with Powell's! They hire talented, experienced, professional drivers and administrators that won't leave you with a headache and big piles to clean up after them. And even if they accidentally made a pile, I can't imagine their business operations would allow them to treat you badly for their gross mistake.

I called their office at 9:30 a.m. as my basement was slowing being submerged with "gray water". They sent a crew that arrived early afternoon, and within one hour they were packing up and generating an invoice for me. The cost of their work was far less than expected and far, far less than what I considered it might have been at 9:30 a.m. Thanks to Janine, Mr. Powell and especially Brett and Todd.

Would never use again! Ordered a trailer for our wedding and was told to call the week of to organize the drop off. Called one week before the wedding and they had forgotten our order and booked all their trailers. We were able to get a much less nice unit but the light was broken and everyone had to use the bathroom in the dark. With regards to not signing a rental agreement I never received any agreement. Additionally when I ordered the second unit, I was asked to provide my email and mailing address suggesting Powell's Sanitation never had the information necessary to send me a rental agreement.

Three trips out, billed over $1000 and NOTHING was resolved! Super frustrating to keep getting charged for visits that are not correcting the problem. In addition, we were not able to get the camera footage video that we paid for. Another local contractor fixed the problem with one visit and less than half the price. It is very disheartening to feel taken advantage of like this. lesson learned the hard way. I'm not one to post negative comments but hopefully it prevents someone else from going through what we did!

Incredible knowledge from the top down. True professionals. Great customer service. An asset to the community. I highly recommend them. I will not go anywhere else.

Powell has always been great--they've provided sanitation stations for a couple of our student trips over the years. They are attentive, timely, and provide great service. Very professional and community-oriented. Thank you! :

Easily agitated and rude people in the office. The only reason this isn't one star is that the ones I have met on the job site or delivering have been great. I have heard this claimed for years of being around other contractors every day but I finally got a taste of it and I am happy to know I can throw their number out. Since I am not allowed to respond to your response, here we go.

You responded with aggrivation when I did not know technical terms you used and I gave up on trying to talk to you. Nice attempt to cover up but please just live with the way you are as a person or the other people hired are because you are just the PR representative.

Been using them every Summer gor the last 5 years. ive had nothing but good quality service each and every time and will.comtinue to use them. i recommend them to everyone
