In 2021I had an interior French drain and sump pump installed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work done at that time. In 202 I experienced flooding in my family room and I contacted ABS to have someone this come to inspect the area. I got a quick response and it was determined that the check valve had not been removed from the sump as outlined in the original specs for the 2021 work. ABS removed the check valve and reimbursed me for a large part of the cost of the mitigation to dry out the flooded areas of my family room. Thank you, Chris Watkins. I feel this company is trustworthy and professional and I would recommend them highly.

I would give them a 4.6 they were very professional. Priced with everyone else. Job well done! Maintenance price I thought a little high but I do not know enough to say. Some clean up was all we had. Would recommend them

Chris is very professional and explores all options for a solution. He helped us dry up a major water issue in a new addition with a garage. There is no water or damage at all after his guidance and support. The whole process was cost effective and professional.

They were great to work with. When I reached out to them, they scheduled me in a very timely manner and were very responsive to my needs. After the initial work was completed, a minor issue came up (I have never had a construction job happen without at least one issue; it's a fact of life with a 100-year old house). They came back and fixed it promptly and with no charge. I absolutely recommend them.

It worked for a few months. They said I didn't need it where water wasn't coming in. Made sense at the time. now it comes in EVERYWHERE!

I bought a home that had a interior French Drain installed by previous owners through ABS. The installation of this drain was done very well and has also been working very well. I recently called ABS to have a maintenance check done.even though I thought the $295.00 was a little pricey for less then a half hour service I was very satisfied with the customer service provided. Also, the peace of mind is sometimes worth the price.

I did appreciate the on time service and the thorough inspection along with a great recommendation to help me even further with peace of mind by recommending I install a pump alarm if there is ever a problem with the pump dispensing the water from the pump well. The man who came to evaluate our house was extraordinarily rude and condescending, gave us zero solutions to our concerns, spent the best part of an hour telling us how horrible our house was without offering specifics, and refused to even offer a quote. He seemed to have little experience and horrible people skills. I hope that no one ever has to have such a demoralizing conversation with a contractor as it ruined my family's week and was directly contradicted by several other quotes we received. Deeply upsetting experience overall and I do not recommend that you contact this company.

The folks at Advanced Basement Systems came to give a quote for work in the crawlspace under my house. Unfortunately, it was not the sort of job that they take, given the tightness of the space. I should have communicated dimensions to them more clearly. However, they were incredibly kind and even took time to give me advice on the job I am looking to have done. This speaks well to them and their honesty.

I hired Advanced Basements to install a small interior french drain at the back of my basement to prevent some water intrusion that was coming from the basement door and walls during heavy rains. They fixed the issue. Arrived on time. Polite, cleaned up after themselves. Also one of the lowest bids that I got and didn't try to over-sell me more than I needed.
