Each time I have needed Keystone Basement Systems' services, they have been professional, thorough, respectful and friendly. The hallmarks of a great company! My most recent service call involved a clean out and repair of our indoor French drain and sump pump. Will, the technician, was very friendly and respectful, and he did the job very well, explained everything he did, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I am very pleased with the inspection I received from Keystone. Chris Bailey came out for the inspection and was very thorough in the process. He explained why we were having the water issues and how we can fix them. He always ensured we fully understood the work that would be done and even showed supporting videos describing the process. Chris was very professional and easy to consult with. I highly recommend having him come and inspect your home. Thanks Chris!

Nick was awesome! He arrived right on time, perfect for me meeting him after I left work. Thorough, professional, explained everything and answered any questions I had. Nick was also very friendly throughout the process of evaluating our basement for waterproofing, making small talk and just a relaxing presence. Seems small, but when you're buying a home and dealing with a million other things it felt very nice to be so relaxed dealing with Nick and your company! Many thanks!

Keystone did an amazing job installing interior drains. Kelly was amazing when presenting what we needed done and how it would be completed. Brad and Devin, who did the work with their crew over 2 days, were very professional and proficient. I felt comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!

Brad arrived on time and was professional. He was willing to answer any questions we had. He didn't mess around and was done in 2 days. We had an internal drain, sump pump, a barrier installed, and some carbon straps. They also fixed our downspout drainage since they were not draining properly. The pumps they use are top tier, I looked-up the brand and was surprised it's an industry leading pump and not a cheap cop-out.

To be honest the whole crew was good and I liked how Brad led them to get the job done. One bonus for me was Brad is from New Brighton, I grew up near there even though I live in Bethel. It's nice to see people local to where I grew up. I'll revisit this review with a long-term results once it's been in for a few months. For now I am pleased but I like to wait as sometimes you may not be aware of issues until later but so far so good. Pump has kicked on a few times an hopefully this helps solve our wet basement issues.

Brian M was very good at evaluating & diagnosing the issues I had. Keystone, for me, was the first step in a larger vision/plan I had for my home. His ability to listen to not only the problems at hand but also my long term plans in totality was enough for me to fully understand he was here to help and not just make the largest sale possible. He brought solutions to the table that made sense and understood my focus on a step by step approach.

Never overbearing or a hard salesman. The install team, led by Austin, was great. Hard working, personable, clean & on time. When adding an outside drain, in addition to the internal French drain and pump, Austin asked my opinion on the placement and confirmed my approval to change the grade of the surface when laying concrete. Due to their work ethic this job was done prior to expectation. Got a full review of the system and they left a minimal amount of disruption!

Chris Bailey was EXCELLENT! He came to my home to address a problem with exterior ground water and he went above and beyond to explain everything! He described in detail what services they provide and told me what service he believed would be best to correct the issue. On 2/2/22 I had Foreman Brad Stone and Austin come to my home to put in a sump pump and they were also EXCELLENT!

They explained everything that they did and they took such care to avoid major disruptions in the basement area.the only thing that I have to do is to replace a MINIMUM amount of laminate flooring in the laundry room! Thanks Keystone for such great work!

I am definitely going to use them, I just need to coordinate my schedule so they can begin the work. I called for an estimate for waterproofing my basement after the heavy rain in November. I received an email with the name and picture of the estimator so I knew who was arriving. They told me he would text and introduce himself which he did. My Estimator/Technician was Kelly Blackburn and I was so happy with everything he did and provided.

He was on time, professional & courteous, and genuinely knowledgeable about all aspects of our problem. Kelly took his time carefully listening to us explain the issues we were seeing. Then he meticulously inspected every area of our basement visually, with technology & equipment that I surely didn't understand but he was so amazing at communicating every detail and breaking down a video and pictures frame by frame and explaining everything to us in a simple and easy to understand way.

The quality and design waterproofing system they use made us feel confident that this will keep our basement dry! I also loved that he listened to all of our questions & was so patient in answering all of them & we had lots of questions. Kelly was truly an expert with extensive experience in this industry. He was impressive and his knowledge and ability to communicate from A to Z how the job would go was phenomenal!

I typically feel uneasy about home improvements or bigger purchases but I can honestly say that we are so confident that this is the right choice I can't wait to see the finished product!

We had a basement waterproofing system and sump pump installed. The crew did a great job in a very timely manner. It was a better experience than I expected. They were very respectful of us and our home. I would highly recommend Bruce Pantojas and his crew! We feel the services were a good value for the price that we paid.

Everyone was great. Fully explained everything. Step by step on what they look for and how my system was. Essential for my house being ready for resale. Very update and thorough check of the system and even outside for preventing any other issues. Had them install the system and wall straps 11 years and go and still go strong! Keystone Basement Systems installed an interior french drain and sump pump into our home which has flooded, regularly, during excessive rain for 20 years. Brian McWhirter was an excellent customer service/sales rep and remained available whenever questions arose in planning/logistics. Brad Stone and his team arrived early for what should have been a 2-day job and completed it in one day, fully explaining all aspects of the system and warranty (inc. 1-year inspection).

Everything was efficient and professional from start to finish and we highly recommend this company and this team. They even worked effectively around a structural challenge (factored into the estimate) and this cost was deducted from the overall bill. Thank you and happy new year!

Water has always been a problem in our basement, lots and lots of water. I highly recommend Keystone. Kelly Blackburn was fabulous coming out and explaining the entire process to us. He offered many options to fix and explained how each would work. Tony and his crew were absolutely phenomenal. They are hard workers who pay great attention to detail. Their work is amazing. They take their time and make sure it is done right. They also spent time explaining the pump system to us and what needed to be done to follow up.

This company promised quality work and satisfaction with work completed but we still have water in our garage. They have had their top 2 consultants regarding structure and electricity evaluate the situation on 2 separate occasions. Apparently the company doesn't want to do what was recommended by their top consultants. Now we are being referred to customer sales to pay more money or the job that has not been completed. We have had to follow up over and over and then deal with a woman who is very unpleasant. Workers were pleasant and so were the salesman and top consultants.

Less than a month after installation, we get a rain storm and the pump don't work. The whole basement is flooded. The Pump Never kicked on in a freakin rain storm. I call and express my frustrations and they came and fixed the pump 6 hours later. No discount no hey sorry about that no nothing. Only thing I got was a text asking if sept 9 is good for an emergency that occurred in august.

So beyond frustrated. When the salesperson was here he promised the moon and that this is the best company ever. It's far from it. Save your 6,000 and do something else with it. Seriously

I had a great experience with Keystone. Scheduling the inspection was very quick and they did a good job gathering as much information as possible before visiting. The inspector, Kelly B., was very communicative and was able to offer the best solution for the water problems in my basement. We decided to go with a French drain. The installation was quick, it took a couple of days, and the supervisor Tony was very knowledgeable and made sure to solve any hiccups during the installation. I am really happy with the whole process and so far everything is working perfect. I would totally recommend them!
