This is not a typical review but one that has to be shared. I'm just a little embarrassed it has taken me this long to write it. I hope David will forgive me. About a month ago I was driving on the Military Turnpike heading towards Altona when my car started to feel "odd", it was obviously the tire I figured and pulled off the road. Come to find out it was literally on fire. Luckily for me and my partner David was right behind us in his company van when this drama unfolded and he pulled over right behind us.

With a cheerful disposition he changed the tire for us as we chatted. Though it may seem like I'm thanking him for changing the tire I am more thankful for what he showed me and have not seen in a while, a decent man. Guys like David have become a minority, sad to say and even I myself have fallen into the cynicism and division which grips alot of this country nowadays. So, though it's long overdo, thankyou again David, in more ways than one.

And as for Lake Champlain Pools, a company intelligent enough to hire men like David should get the spotlight. I will be telling everyone i know to direct their business your way. Merry Christmas and God bless.

This has been our very first time dealing with spa/pool company since we've moved to area in 2011. I can not tell you enough how impressed we were with the total operations of the facility. Very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely desirable to work with. The entire staff was great, but wanna say a special thanks to Willy and the owners. Always helpful as usual! The staff do know their stuff and usually have what is needed. Installation of our stove was also handled well and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We purchased a Hot Springs tub with a salt sanitizing system that has been nothing short of exceptional, particularly in the very cold winter weather. It holds its temperature, is easy to maintain and we have not had any issues with the unit. The purchasing experience was detailed, thoughtful and the pricing was extremely competitive. The set up and service was very satisfactory. We would recommend LCP to anyone who asks us.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my hot tub. LCP was friendly, professional, efficient and continued to answer all my questions, even after it was delivered! They helped to surprise my family and it was so easy and fun, thanks to them!

I had a great experience with the company. I had a small mix up with ordering the wrong hot tub cover. The team at LCP was very friendly, professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to fix the problem and get me the correct cover. When it came in, they picked up the other one from my house and dropped off and installed the new one for me! A fantastic customer service experience. Thank you LCP.

I called about a pool and got three options of what I could purchase and was told they were in stock and could be picked up anytime. I got off the phone to speak to my wife and get back to them and got the run around for three days then was told they wouldn't sell me a pool because I was from Vermont. This is a terrible way to run a business and I don't ever leave bad reviews but when you call and they say yes we have pools right in stock ready to go and they send you to a salesman and they say who are you and where do you live then follow up by saying no we don't have any pools and hang up that's pretty rude. I would not recommend ever doing business with these guys!

We recently upgraded our 20 year old spa to Hot Spring's new Limelight series Prism hot tub. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had working with everyone at Lake Champlain Pools. We purchased a pool from them a few years ago and now this Hot Tub and the experience was the same. The showroom has a bunch of models on hand so you can see exactly what you will be getting.

When it came time to deliver the spa, the team set the 1,200 lb spa right where I wanted it and even came back after I had it filled to show us how to use it.
