I will never shop elsewhere for tiles and back splash! I came in for kitchen backsplash subway tiles, they have it in stock. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Great customer service and wonderful office staff! Highly recommended this place.

Extremely pleasant experience! The owner, Carmine went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tile for my house. I was very overwhelmed with the tile selection process, but Carmine helped put me at ease. He spent numerous hours going through his expansive showroom until I was 100% satisfied. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient showing me a wide variety of choices and truly understood the look I was going for. Prices were very reasonable as well. Couldn't be happier!

It is a great showroom if you want to see a variety of tiles. However, you can get a better price elsewhere, so shop around. Ingrid Jones was our salesperson who on our first visit treated us nicely. Once she had the sale and if we needed to call, she always seemed bothered and treated us coldly and unprofessionally. This is not the way to do business.

Parking is not ideal during the week or on the weekends. There is nothing unique about Carminart, not the merchandise, nor the customer service. Tiles are sold everywhere therefore they should obtain and retain clients on creating a uniquely great customer experience. It shouldn't matter if you spend $1000 or $10,000 on tiles, a satisfied customer base is the cornerstone of ANY business.

A wonderful woman named Ingrid went above and beyond to help me make the right choices. I ended up with an amazing specialty tile for a project and also -- despite the fact that she put a lot of work in to designing and ordering field tile for me-- she was very gracious when that part of the project fell through because of delays in projected delivery.

The next time we do a renovation we will absolutely be back. Don't forget to go upstairs and look carefully among all the fabulous choices. Ingrid will go above and beyond to track down what you need.

Connie was unbelievably helpful in helping us select us different tiles for our new home. She worked with us every step of the way, offered many great suggestions, and kept us informed after we ordered with her. Would highly recommend Carminart for their huge inventory but especially recommend Connie for her amazing service and expertise!

I've renovated two of my bathrooms using Carminart and I have found all of their sales people to be helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a good selection and each one of the three sales people I have worked with provide good recommendations for matching accents, paints, etc.

I had a great experience at Carminart. I was renovating my bathroom and kitchen. Connie was extremely helpful throughout this process. She helped me picked the right tiles and grout and everything that was needed. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Everybody else in the store is also very nice and go out of their way to help out. They have a vast variety of tiles and materials. I recommend getting to the store early in the morning as it does get busy later in the day.

Great service, bought from them several times. Were very client oriented, have a space for kids to decorate tiles while you do the shopping. Even delivered the tiles personally to my house once.

Easy location with ample parking. Very good selection of tile. Customer service was exemplery! My order was processed without any inconvenience. Highly recommend. Ask for Connie! She was a great help, very congenial and easy to work with.

This was the most unhelpful of 4 tile stores I visited while planning a kitchen backsplash. All of the other stores allowed me to take samples home to compare with the counters and cabinets in the kitchen, but not Carminart. I got very little help from the salespeople at the store, even though I was the only customer there at the time. The salespeople pointed me to the general area where I might look for colored tiles, and then went back to chatting with each other at the counter.

I dragged some tile boards down to find out what little information the staff was willing to give me, and then left to find more helpful people at other tile stores in the area and gave them my business.
