Sal, thank you for having your President, Doug get in touch with me to fix my issue. So the update to my review is, I am very happy that after 5 years, Alure took the time to do right and stand behind their work. There definitely was a problem that needed to be fixed and although I wouldn't say it was easy getting to the right people at Alure, ultimately, the President of Alure came to look at the work with his plumber and reimbursed me for the repair I had to make on the spot. I'm not going to nit pick about a job that was done 5 years ago.

It was stressful at the time but I am happy with it after all. I'll just say pay attention to any tradesman that does work in your house and if things go wrong, it's nice to know that Alure will stand by theirs.

Alure Home Improvement is a class act! They were completely professional and courteous at all times, providing an accurate and reasonable estimate for their services. They have a wide variety of products available for your project. They arrived timely and completed the renovation in less time than anticipated. They communicate well and are very responsive to your input and your requests. Emilio and the crew from Stone Magic deserve special recognition for their diligence, professionalism, and expert craftsmanship.

Home renovation always causes challenges as family is displaced, routines disrupted, and strangers inhabit one's personal space for long periods of time. Add the pandemic to the mix and one is faced with long municipal delays, supply shortages, ridiculous escalating costs and lack of qualified contractors. Alure found and repaired a leak in our master bath and then updated the room's design as part of its restoration.

They repaired the cathedral ceilings in our bedroom. Totally renovated our basement turning wasted space into functional living space. The professionals at Alure helped us with the planning, scheduling, ordering materials, completing the work, and navigating a treacherous approval process to obtain the coveted Certificates of Occupancy. Upon completion they returned and completed all open punch list items.

In recent months we have heard many horror stories from friends and family trying to complete work on their house. Based on our experience, we recommend homeowners give Alure an opportunity to bid on the work. Greg Griffin and Jason Eichenbaum came through for us.

After a complete bathroom gutting and renovation done 11 months ago, the workmanship was subpar. The foreman was never around when there were concerns or mistakes made. The grouting of the tiles was done very sloppily and is coming out in certain areas. The shower doors rattle terribly and we were told that's the way they are? One of the doors was installed with chipped glass.

The vanity needed one of the drawers fixed it never shut properly. A towel ring was placed over the sink, why I don't know. The workers did their own thing and were hard to communicate with due to a language barrier. When you spend thousands of dollars and the items installed are put in damaged or defective, it makes no sense. What good is having a warranty if they don't honor it. We still have an ongoing problem with shower doors. I will not recommend them despite their name.

This company was a pleasure to work with. All the workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. They paid attention to make sure everything was how I wanted it and even did little side jobs for me at no extra cost. Greg Griffin is an amazing designer who can turn even a small bathroom into your dream bathroom. Sal was also an amazing project manager who always kept me up to date with the schedule and times. They were all always available for any questions or concerns I had.

My bathroom was done in 2013. It's our favorite room in the house. I noticed the grab bar in the shower was beginning to peel. I called Allure and asked if I could purchase a replacement. I was very surprised that they are replacing the part for free. They certainly have excellent customer service.

When we first met them, they looked very professional and we really thought that we would be satisfied with their work. They started in March 2021 and told us that the kitchen would be done in about 12 weeks. well, it has been 9 months and it is still not done. Just imagine being without an oven for 9 months and having to cook with an electric cooktop for a family of 6.

They also put a mismatched kitchen backsplash and we are still waiting for them to come replace it. We have to call them every day for an update or else you don't hear from them for 2 weeks. They are not very responsive and it's very frustrating. If you enjoy spending most of your time and the holidays in your basement, they are the right company for your next kitchen job!

My wife and I chose Alure to re-side our home because of their reputation for excellence.we were not disappointed! From the welcoming meeting we had at their headquarters with Bob S. and Omar, to the communication that later took place with Jason ( Proj mgr)to the terrific work done by Jorge ( foreman) and his very talented crew ( Donaldo especially).our dream and vision became a beautiful reality. Jorge's attention to detail was impressive throughout.

What also impressed us was that like most construction projects, issues come up along the way.well, they weren't issues for long.hat's off to The entire Alure team.we will surely call upon them when the opportunity presents itself down the road.

I got an estimate from Alure several years ago for a small floating deck to be installed over my existing patio. Alure's salesman quoted me a price of $10,000. I got someone to do it for $4,000. It's still fine. I really feel like I dodged a bullet, not only for the bad reviews, but the nasty responses from the owner Sal. I would never want to work with a person like that. I need some work done now but I would never even call them for an estimate.

My poor review was many years ago. I now believe Alure has been in the community many years. Hopefully many of their start up faults have been taken care of. I would give them another visit. Business is hard enough. How about second chance? Tell me if I'm wrong? I still may need a few small jobs done.

I was willing to let this go, but Sal had to add his two cents. If he had just acknowledged the situation I would have let it go. Here we go. Sal, please tell me where I "grossly exaggerated". Every word I wrote is 100% accurate. At no time was an explanation given to me for your companies silence in returning my calls. Had someone bothered to call or text me about what Mike was going through I would have understood and waited. Here's a free business tip.

If one of your employees is dealing with an emergency and can't follow up on their commitments have someone reach out to their clients and tell them. Better yet, do it yourself if you're such a concerned owner. You neglected to mention Mike only called me from the road after I posted my review. Here's a question for yo. If you feel my review is so harsh what rating would you give a company that you had a good history with who refused to return promised calls, only called after a complaint and once again stopped calling without so much as an explanation? Frankly I'm surprised you find it necessary to childishly try to insult people who make legitimate (and accurate) complaints, rather than just being an adult an accepting responsibility for you mistakes. You have my number, feel free to call if you'd like to discuss this further. I'm genuinely curious to know where you feel I exaggerated these events.

The condominium complex that I live in used Alure for our new roofing. They did a great job, Good pricing and our roofs will be good for many years to come. When their was a recent issue, Eric responded immediately and fixed the issue right away, and he was very courteous and professional about it. We will be using them in the future for any other projects that arise.

Alure is the absolute very best. I cant think there is any home improvement company that would take care of a problem that arises like they do. Alure did my kitchen two years ago and i had a leak this past saturday night and made a call to their service dept and there was someone to take my call on saturday evening. Monday morning Jenn who coordinates all the problems that arise had Greg at my house first thing Monday morning. Greg was terrific at figuring out where the leak was coming from and the whole issue was fixed within a few days. Greg was fantastic as well as Larry and i cant say enough about Jenn being able to take care of this so quickly. Alure covers you for a minimum of five years and to be able to take care of issues so quickly is remarkable in this day and age when you hear so many nightmare stories of home improvement companies. Issues will always arise when you have major construction but they are always there for you and give you peace of mind knowing everything will be taken care of. I always say you get what you pay for and Alure is the very best.

There is so much to say about this company! From Doug who came out to get a feel for what we want and come up with a plan, to Frank who was on top of our job making sure everything was going according to plan. The crew was so courteous and professional and CLEAN. My job was done on time, and the small hit list afterward was handled without any fuss. Such a great company. We asked them to do another project too.can't wait to work with them again.

It's been impossible to spend money with this company. They don't return calls or emails, and now they don't even answer their phone. Are they even still in business? Update to answer Alure's response. I called that number twice today. The phone just kept ringing and no one answered. It didn't even go to an automated system or voicemail. I was previously told by "Byron" that he would contact me and he never did, and getting through to him has been impossible, and he said he was the "customer satisfaction expert". I emailed you again just now. Let's see what happens.

Wow wow wow is all I have to say. Kudos to the Alure service department especially Jennifer Stubbmann who once again stood on her head to help us out of a critical spot. Time and time again Alure and their awesome service team have come to the rescue for my family. They are top notch in every area of their business. I could not be more proud to feel like a member of their incredible family. #lovealure

July kitchen renovations still ongoing in November. There have been so many mistakes made I've lost count. My moms dream kitchen that she's wanted for 20 years has been a nightmare. The strongest woman I know is on the verge of tears.

Called to have a quote for the replacement of three basement windows. My basement windows are extremely small, so when the exterior designer came back with a quote over the phone of $1,875.00 I was a little surprised. But what surprised me even more was the condescending attitude this representative had. He said, "We're not Home Depot." Well, maybe I will go to Home Depot. Update 11/21/19: I am posting this in response to the owner's comment.

Alure is a great company to deal with. We recently had our kitchen redone and the quality and workmanship was excellent. We loved the one stop shopping of picking out everything we needed in their beautiful showroom and our salesman was so knowledgeable with great ideas. As for the construction part, we had a foreman come daily that always kept us informed of what was being done and we always new what contractors to expect daily. This is my second experience with alure.both times were were wonderful. justin and greg where both helpful and knowledgeable.the installers were clean and very nice. I will definitely use alure again and i recommend them to everyone i know.

Dear Potential Customers, Hire an attorney before signing any contract with Alure. Their contract protects themselves and leaves the customer stranded. An estimator gave me a price for a LIFETIME GUARANTEE fiberglass main entry door. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. One week later, Alure called me and they said they cannot make the door as was written in the contract, but for an additional $800 on top of the original $8,000 they can make something similar.

I agreed and sent the money. The contract was signed on December 21, 2016 and the door was supposed to be delivered and installed within 6-8 weeks. Finally at the end of March 2017 they called to set up an appointment for installation. The installation was supposed to cover the lighting and doorbell. I ended up doing this myself. In November 2017 I noticed the door frame was splitting.

I took some pictures and sent them to Millie Vernaci. I didn't receive a reply so I called Alure one week later and Millie accused me of damaging the frame myself. She said she would contact the manufacturer to see if this would be covered under the warranty. On February 1, 2018 she sent me an email stating that something hit the frame to cause the damage.

After more runaround, on April 25 I spoke to Frank Stehlik who said he would take care of the issue. I tried several more times to contact Frank but he never returned any of my calls. Finally on May 15, 2018 I called and spoke with Cathy Biggers. I asked for Frank, was put on hold, and after 10 minutes she said he would call me. I told her I was promised several times since February that the frame would be fixed.

I told her that she and her team were professional liars and over the phone she canceled all agreements and contracts for accusing them of lying. Hire an attorney to read through their contract before doing any business with them.

They did my roof several years ago. Never had a problem since and the men were fantastic. They tarped EVERYTHING so they didn't leave a mess when removing old roofing material. Had to replace some old rotted plywood and put all new materials on. Looks beautiful, house is more quiet and doesn't leak. The workers arrived on time, informed us of the process and did their magic! Very good price and good follow up too! Doesn't get much better or easier. Now im having ALURE do more work cause we were so pleased!
