I recently moved into a pre existing home, which has Home Crest kitchen cabinets. They are 14 years old, and still very solid and in beautiful condition. As part of good maintenance, I wanted to order a few extra hinges to have on hand just in case. I was unable to find them, but the folks at Arrow Kitchens and Baths (Riccardo) were able to help me very quickly.

I appreciate the time he took to help me with such a small concern. As customer service is important to me, I would definitely come back in case I ever need work in either my kitchen or bath.

It's been about 1 year since our Kitchen remodel with Arrow Kitchen. We worked with Steve (designer) and I highly recommend him and Arrow Kitchen. I originally believed I did not need a designer and was pretty skeptical about going with Arrow versus hiring out myself. After calling a few places, Arrow was the only company who took thorough measurements and followed up.

The others came for the first walk through and I never heard back from them until I called them dozens of times over a course of weeks. Everyone last year was booked and busy, even Arrow, but they were the only company that remained professional and responsive. I probably could have saved some money going with independent contractors but I'm glad we didn't.

The timelines they gave us were very realistic/underpromised and they over delivered. The crews were very professional, timely and thorough. Steve was out to the site often, checking in and any question or concern i had along the way I knew I could just text him and he was always responsive. They have a great selection to meet all price ranges and Steve was very good about helping to make design decisions but also respecting my aesthetic and budget. Months later, we had a minor issue with one of the under cabinet lights and Steve responded right away and to take a look/fix.

It's nice to know if I had any issues concerning the work done, I could probably walk into Arrow kitchen and get some help. This was our first kitchen remodel, we did a lot of research before hand, we also did a lot to help save money (demo, plumbing, light electrical) and Arrow was very helpful in the entire process to get the job done. We live in an old house (1890 build) so I had a lot of concerns about unknowns. Steve was really knowledgeable about old houses which helped set up expectations with the process and scope of work. All in all, we had a great experience and would highly recommend!

I have lived in my home in Webster, NY for over 21 years now. I had my home built in a very nice neighborhood with a very fine builder. The cabinetry that we chose was excellent quality and it was provided by Arrow Kitchens & Baths. Quite recently I made the error of leaning too heavily on one of the cabinet doors on our kitchen island. The door cracked extremely.

I contacted Ricardo at Arrow. Ricardo repaired the door really well for the condition that it was in. To my pleasant surprise, Ricardo chose to not charge me a penny for the repair. I find Arrow Kitchens & Baths to be a company with integrity and good service, 21 years after initially choosing them. I have no regrets and highly recommend them.

We had our house built 17 years ago and Arrow had installed our kitchen. One of drawers broke, we brought the drawer into them and Riccardo was amazing, he took great care of us. Ordered a new one, no questions asked and it even came in quicker than they said it would. We picked up the drawer today and it works like a charm! Arrow Kitchens installed all of the cabinetry in our home when it was built new in 2002. They were easy to work with then and the product has held up exceptionally well. Recently, a drawer broke after 19 years and not knowing where to turn, we called asking how and where we could get it repaired. Riccardo had us bring the drawer in and determined they could fix it - and to our surprise did so at no charge! Customer service at it's best. We certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel, and won't hesitate to utilize them for our own projects going forward.

We visited several other showrooms when we were planning on remodeling our kitchen but we felt most comfortable when we went to Arrow and spoke to their designer Johanna. She really helped us to decide what we wanted. She knew which questions to ask to lead us there without being pushy. Once we decided to go with Arrow the process went extremely smoothly (even during a pandemic).The communication was excellent during every stage of the remodeling - both with Johanna and the installers.

The contractors were very professional, friendly and were respectful of our property (and pets). They worked quickly. We were a little apprehensive at first because this was a big investment for us, but Arrow made it very easy-going and hassle free. Our new kitchen is beautiful and it is exactly what we wanted. We are very happy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arrow to anybody looking to remodel - you won't regret it.

Riccardo at Arrow kitchens went above and beyond to help us fix one of our old kitchen drawers. He was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a prompt and timely manner. Arrow Kitchen has been one of the most enjoyable experiences during our kitchen remodel! From the beginning they were proficient and informative while we chose the countertops that best fit our home. Typically don't write reviews but a must do is this case. Arrow Kitchens installed our beautiful kitchen almost 10 years ago and with anything over time issues happen and repairs need to be made. I have called Arrow twice over the past several months and they have acted with a sense of urgency and fixed the issues both times! Highly recommend Arrow and Riccardo -- they stand behind their work and put the customer first! Make the call!

We are in the process of building a new home and decided to stop into Arrow kitchen and Bath. When we were greeted we explained that we were building a home and seeking inspiration. While we realized it was 430pm and they close at 5pm we didn't expect to be completely ignored aside from that initial greeting. There was absolutely no interest in making us customers.

After we were ignored and never acknowledged again during the approximately 15 minutes we were in the showroom we left. Having just renovated our kitchen last year we weren't impressed by the quality of cabinets or the granite options. While talking about our experience and plotting our next stop we sat in the parking lot and observed the man working there exit the showroom and lockup at 4:52 pm. Their posted hours state they are open until 5pm. I am glad we stopped in because now we can cross them off our list.

We went to Arrow Kitchens & Bath because of the beautiful facility and the fact that they completed 156 kitchens at our Stony Point Homeowners Association development. All were done very well and within budget. Riccardo is great to work with and the whole experience was very well done. we got exactly what was ordered, and installed on time an at a very competitive price. would recommend this company for both new and remodel projects.
