Beware! I stopped by the store and while waiting in line saw the woman at the cash register get into an argument with a customer who was checking out. She kept yelling at him and he was apologizing but she eventually wouldn't sell him anything and kicked him out. Several other customers stood up for the man and were yelled at by her and then several others like myself walked out. The store was busy and short staffed but also had several young kids under ten in the store staring on in horror as this was Happening. Sad to watch this happen.

I want to rate it higher because I love the place. They have good pool products and a great staff. The problem is that the prices are outrageous. I find myself going there for convenience, otherwise I'm ordering the product online or from Walmart.

Everything you need for the upkeep of your swimming pool. They also have accessories like goggles toys bath salts. Stuff for jacuzzies and assistance with pool repair. My family has been shopping with them for a long long time.

Terrible company. Working at an adjacent house they emptied an ENTIRE INGROUND SWIMMING POOL into my yard. When confronted on it they kept woking and refused to turn off the pump. I moved the hose myself to protect my already underwater yard and asked how they planned to handle the flooding. I was told, rudely, that God would handle it. If you don't want other people's property destroyed, or your neighbors mad at you, choose a reputable company not this shotty organization.

APS has been taking care of my family's pool for years. They're a fantastic group of people who do their job flawlessly. Our family has had a perfect swimming experience for years thanks to them. They are also very competent mineral collectors who frequent upstate NY rock quarries. Just worth throwing out there.
