Look elsewhere. do not go by the 4/5 star reviews. You will regret it. Literally the worst experience. 0 rating Customer service, 0 rating for incompetent owner, scheduling girl Amanda is rude and lack knowledge of what is going on.she just wants to talk about how great bats are. Its a joke. They are spread thin. You would think they would want to be done with this job.

But we are put on the back burner to finish up. We lost all faith and trust in what anyone says there. We are desperate to get back to normal and back to our house. We should have been #1 priority moving forward to finish what they have started. Now we wait another week. Another week of dealing with Ross. Another week of stress and worry. Fed up and over this completely.

Fabulous experience. All three employees were respectful, knowledgeable and on time. They took their time and did not rush thru process of extermination of yellow jackets. Tia assessed initial problem which we thought were carpenter bees and reviewed with us process for extermination. Alex came a few days later to dust entire area which was difficult since under stairs.

He was extremely thorough. James returned four days later to reassess the area. Yellow jackets were not as plentiful however he wanted to secure and destroy nest. With our approval he removed wood landing with a few of steps and discovered nest in a place we had not anticipated. He was able to dig up and destroy nest which he took with him. He then took the time to put steps back.

We couldn't have been more satisfied. Also during the process the office called to make sure we happy with service. My husband and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. It was a pleasure to deal with such a wonderful family owned business.

Our Technician Chris form Ross Environmental is always thorough and professional. He goes the extra mile to make sure the job is completed properly and is also courteous and informative to our tenants. We are thankful when he is on the job! Lou

Signed up for a year pest control for moles. They set traps in October through November and pulled up the traps in November. They never came back. When I called in August they said it was my responsibility to contact them to come back out. This was never communicated to me. When I asked for a refund they denied it. This to me shows a lack of follow up by the company which is horrible customer service.

I take some responsibility for not calling sooner, but as a business, I would think that they have account managers who would follow up on their clients. BTW I still have moles and they only caught one in the four traps they put in.

Have been with them for many, many years on a quarterly plan for general pest control. They are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating & professional. They have also help rid home of a few outdoor pests.squirrels, birds.& now meadow voles outside wreaking havoc on the lawn. They are THE BEST.hands down.& never disappoint! & our tech, Hugh, is AWESOME! Kudos & thank you Ross!
