I looked for a pilot assembly there and they were the only place I could find one. Gave a lot of help and time finding it and have a pretty good sized inventory. They are a little pricier than a normal hardware store but who knows how long some of that odd stuff is on a shelf. Inventory costs money.

Phillips response is a joke. Their lack of help had nothing to do with COVID. They were extremely helpful while waiting for me to spend $14,000 but then when I needed help, after they had my money, that all changed. Each time I have had to deal with the customer service team at Phillips it was a nightmare. The last time, when I had a FL2 error, I ended up having to go with a local spa company because service for Phillips is too difficult.
The local company that came out and fixed the issue on Phillips product was outstanding and I believe they know more about the tub Phillips sold me than Phillips does. If the part was not available due to COVID, then how did the local company get the part? I wanted to leave no stars but that is not an option. The so-called customer service team at Phillips is a joke.
The manual I got with my tub doesn't match. For 2 weeks, they were unable to tell me the location of a part in my tub and although it is still under warranty, they want to charge me a service charge to come out, parts, and gas money instead of telling me the location of the part. This is the second time I have had to deal with the customer service department and each time has been a nightmare.
The first time they blamed me for the cabinet of the tub getting soaked in condensation and power cutting out and tried to convince me that the fix for it is to use a hairdryer even though its not mentioned in the manual. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else because if u try to escalate the issue to jacuzzi after getting no where with phillips, they won't help or stand behind their product either. Both are interested in selling their products for inflated prices and then not being available to service them when required.

Jason North did such a great job for us. He was able to fix the problem easily, and showed me how I can fix it myself in the future. He did not charge for anything but the call. And then he emailed me more information for taking care of the hot tub. I HIGHLY recommend Jason and Phillips for really good, professional service.

Phillips Lifestyles in Traverse City gave me, perhaps, the work at service I've received after the sale in 50 years of living with in TC. After installing our pool table (which was done well) we noticed finish problems in the table. After many attempts to contact our sakes rep, Kenny, he finally responded after contacting some else at the store. After sending him detailed pictures the process started again as he said he would contact the manufacturer.
He never did and never responded again. Eventually I contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed there had been no contact from Phillips Lifestyle. Luckily, the manufacturer resolved the problem. In fact, it has been over seven months and I still haven't heard from Kenny or anyone at Phillips Lifestyles. Some many other choices out there and I had buy local after finding better deals in Grand Rapids. I wish had read a few of these reviews first. Jim F.

We bought a pool table in early October but with covid we didn't get the table until almost April. It was nobody's fault at Phillips and it was a Brunswick issue so I'm just going to rate our service based on Phillips communication and keeping us patient for months when their hands were tied. And the 5 stars is also for the set up of the table itself finally. The guys who came to set it up were nice guys and did a great job. We love our table. Thanks to Ken and Tyler at Phillips who we sold to us and dealt with us.

Outstanding service! Shelly sent a tech out after five o'clock on a Friday just so we could enjoy our fireplace over the weekend. The tech, whose name is Jason was courteous and helpful. He never appeared to be in a hurry. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and everything about our model. Jason had to return a couple of days later with a new part.
He saw that I had left streaks on the glass and he recommended a glass cleaner and then he cleaned the glass! Again he was careful in our home, polite and helpful. The service from Phillips was old school. I can't imagine it could be any better. I am so happy we bought our fireplace from Phillips. Thanks Shelly and Jason.

Just an update regarding my fireplace insert - I told a couple of guys at work about my situation with Phillips & they said to go to Tractor Supply & they would put the bricks in - so I did- $3.50 a brick. (Total spent a little over $40.00) I called Phillips & told them that I had this completed & would no longer need them. I received the bill at the end of that week (evidently this what they are efficient about) the total bill for what they did was $568.02.
The breakdown is as follows - vermiculite bafffle 2 myfpp $99.95. Baffle insulation 23 myfpp -99.18. (6) fire bricks 181.08 (that $30.18 per brick) can anyone say price gouging? Labor $165.00 total bill $568.02. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
