Big fan. I've had work done by these guys on two separate occasions. Their prices are fair, they have great customer service, and the work is very high quality. I'm glad I found them.

Very polite and prompt, hard working and friendly, they got the job done fast and communicated what was going on real well.

August 2020. Hot and humid weather and the AC went out after 25 years. Needed a new condenser. MI Heating & Cooling of Petoskey came out the next day to assess when everyone else was a minimum two week wait. MI Heating & Cooling ordered the necessary part and installed it within 48 hours of my original call. Mark and his technician were just great from start to finish. On time, very professional and very reasonably priced. Doesn't get better than that!

When needing heating or cooling needs, Michigan Heating and cooling are our first call for sure. They're always polite, service is always punctual, quick and well done. Their HVAC technicians are always able to answer our questions and if possible, provide the information needed to prevent the issue from happening again. All-in-all highly recommended.

Our AC went out just before July 4. Other local companies said no and were rude. Mark made the magic happen! Very kind, responsive, and helpful. Better yet, his crew, Jon and Al, kept me up to date with times and status of repair. These guys got our business. Well done.

When our furnace went out, Mark came over that day to ascertain the problem. We definitely needed a new furnace and it was in the middle of winter and very cold. Within 36 hours, he sent his capable crew over and they did a fantastic job of installing a new furnace, answered all our questions and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We couldn't be happier. Of course my furnace puked on the weekend during coldest night of the winter. Mark came to house shortly after I called. Diagnosed problem; (20 yr.old burned out heat exchanger; need new furnace). Provided fair estimate (I got 2 others); got old unit running temporarily & new unit installed w/I 48 hours. Installation technicians (Darren & Blain) were very friendly, clean, and did very nice work. Nothing cobbled up! I highly recommend this vender.

Being first time homeowners heating and cooling is a foreign topic of discussion for us, so when our heater went out at the start of our winter with our hot water heater to follow we were at a loss of where to start being in the middle of other construction and heating and cooling company's being so booked up and busy at this time. Luckily the guys at Michigan heating and cooling were not only prompt and fit us in, but answered every single one of my nonsense questions throughout the whole process.

They gave me tons of extra information to better understand how my equipment and heating system works. Even after several bumps in the road they fulfilled the job in a timely manor, had everything cleaned and put back in its place, and disposed of all and any garbage or broken equipment. These guys are awesome and did an outstanding job, they were the most fairly priced out of the four quotes we received and we're honest and upfront about the best way to tackle the job. Called them to tune up my AC unit, replaced needed part without additional labor charges. Also used them to replace my furnace, best price on a top of the line Amana unit. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'm happy I have found them and will continue to use and recommend their services.

Made a deposit to old Porter Heckman company for a generator, never knew they were going to merge. Following up to see about deposit as I have a few thousand dollars of plumbing work, a furnace that needs to be replaced and the generator ($7-8,000 value)still to install. New company won't carryover deposit. It's $50 so no skin off their back really to get all this potential work from me but not now or ever will I use this company and to me this shows their feelings to customers and a poor level of customer service.
