We recently had our very old roof replaced by Falcon Roofing and Solar. From the first interaction with Zeke we felt confident that we were going to get a wonderful roof. The property was left immaculate and we are thrilled with the new roof and the comfort in knowing that our home is protected. Zeke was extremely knowledgeable and involved in the project the whole time. We cannot recommend this business enough.

We replaced our roof with Falcon Roofing and the crew did an excellent work! We called their office and Mercedes picked up and helped us to schedule a meeting with one of their project manager, on the date Hnery arrived and explained everything about the material and project that we didn't know. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for your house!

Falcon roofing replaced our old roof, and I was impressed by the crew. They arrived when scheduled and they worked hard the entire time. The crew leader Carlos was quick to point out if anything was wrong and they took the time to make sure everything was correct. The crew also spent a great deal of time cleaning up at the end so it would look as if they were never there. While Falcon Roofing was not the cheapest, they offered a great warranty and options, and now that the roof is complete, we are happy with our choice.

Falcon Roofing did a great job on our roof. Carlos met with us to give us a quote. He was very professional and the documentation he provided in addition to his verbal overview was relevant and comprehensive. The work turned out great. A couple of the boards they gave us the option to replace made a big difference with the visual appeal of the roof from the front. Carlos was our point of contact during the project and was also great to work with.

Great experience from the estimate to the excellent workmanship. Fair price. Roof looks wonderful! Installers were not only great workers, but they were courteous and cleaned everything possible before they left. Highly recommend falcon roofing.

Falcon Coast Roofing was great! Unlike the other companies I met with, they didn't give me a sales pitch, they gave me information. They answered all my question and provided a reasonable quote. They were honest and easy to work with. I hired them to paint the exterior of my house and replace the entire roof. We scheduled a start date for the work and true to their word that's when it started.

I can't say enough positive things about Falcon Roofing. Freddy the estimator gave me the most information and choices out of the 3 bids I received. His knowledge of their products and fair quote made my pick easy. My house was built in 1909 and had a lot of challenges but they fixed everything. Their clean up was extremely great and my yard looked nicer than before they started. Amazing company to work with from start to finish. Great communication and staff!

Steve and his crew are the best guys to do your roofing job. He will make sure his crew will not leave you until you are satisfied and my roof looks great now. It is not all about a quick job, it is about a long term relationship. I am definitely recommending Falcon Roofing and hope to work with him again in the future as I have other rental properties.

Falcon Roofing has done two projects for us. First, they replaced a very large, complex roof on our home. They did excellent work. The site was always clean. We were very happy with the results. We then asked them to install a solar system for our home. The people at Falcon Roofing are honest, hard working professionals.

They responded fast on yelp message which was promising and promptly scheduled us an estimation appointment for Saturday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM range. Unfortunately, when the day came, no one showed up nor did we get any communication of what happened. We waited an hour and decided to call it quits. Reading other yelp reviews, this seems like a common pattern with this company.

It does feel very unprofessional when a willing customer takes time out of their day and suddenly the company disappears. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt since other reviews were older and maybe the company has improved. Turns out old habits are hard to fix.

I have been in need of a roofing company for a minor repair to be done on my house. I am very glad to have been recommended to Falcon Roofing that work and operate close to my house. They were awesome and were able to fix the minor damage on my roof and gave me a great price. Thank you Mike and Carlos for the great service and for being so kind!

Sure, hire these guys to play loud music for a couple of weeks while they slowly roof your house. Edit: The first time it happened I asked the guys to turn the music off and they did. The second time they played music I asked the home owners to take care of it. They must have called the company because their manager came by. He apologized and said that he told the workers to stop. I've upgraded the rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Terrible! Work is sloppy. Owner is disrespectful and uses degrading remarks. Sorry I hired them.

Do not bother with them unless you want to pay $279 just for them to come out and give you the privilege of their estimate. GET REAL!

After agreeing to a 10/31 meet at house to give an estimate, business informed me via email they had to change date to 11/1. On 11/1, I waited 30 min and nobody showed up. No phone call. No email. No yelp communication. No response. Uncool, unprofessional. The person I been in contact with is Katia Arroyo.

Mario is a great guy and a seasoned pro. He is very trustworthy and thorough with his estimates. I will update my review once the work is complete but i do not expect any surprises.

An estimated came, I showed hime which was the problem. He went up the roof and spent about 15 minutes looking around. He said his boss will contact me, but never did. Cannot count on them only, get more quotes.

This company deserves a 5 star. Great customer service and committed to complete the work as required. They came to my house during the recent storms and were able to perform an emergency repair. They have now fixed the issue and have sent out pictures of all the repairs and provided and explanation of how to issue was fixed. Gustavo and Chris are very knowledgeable technicians and are always ready to answer any questions regarding the roofing. I am quite impressed with their commitment and the level of service. Highly recommend it for future roofing projects.

After we had our gutters services, the gutter guy notices cracked tiles and other repairs. It has been over 20 years and we figure it was time to do maintenance and cleaning. I called three different and end up choosing Chris R from Falcon Roofing. I mention the other two quotes and Chris was able to match it. I also like the 5yr warranty which the other places had less than 2 yrs.

They were able to put me on schedule within 2 weeks. They spent 2 days removing tiles and cleaning debris, repairing or replacing cracked tiles, and other maintenance. I got before and after pictures and also had a chance to go up to my roof and inspect. I would recommend Falcon and felt that they were on top of things.

Thank Chris and Josh for fixing our issue in a timely fashion! They both are super friendly and helpful! We had the flat roof recoating done a year ago. But a leaking in the living area was occurred so I had called them for investigation, however the previous worker misjudged the cause at shingle and asked for over 3k repair cost. I then had to call another roofing company for second opinion and they found cracks on the coated flat area.

So this time I called Falcon and specifically asked a different worker to confirm the issue, They responded promptly this time and sent Christopher and Josh, our lifesaver! They came to inspect again and admitted the mistake, then immediately repaired it in the same day! The rainstorm arrived the second day. Our living room is dry! They fixed it!

Falcon Roofing replaced our flat roofs on nine town home units in Los Gatos in the winter of 2017. Finding a well-reviewed roofer that works on projects of this in-between size (not quite residential, not quite commercial) on flat roofing was quite hard. Also, Falcon was able to work well with the fact this work was done for a home owners association.

The crew doing the work was professional, respectful and clean. They worked overtime including weekends and holidays to complete the project on time. They went out of their way to address small issues as they arose during the project. They were able to incorporate various changes requested by owners including installing new vents, adding downspouts, securing skylight openings, and reframing cast iron drains.

This was all above and beyond the main project work of installing base boards, underlayment, and the TPO roofing system. Mario managed the project from initial inspection through completion. He was always available via text and phone, responding within an hour in every case. He also provided early in the project daily status updates which helped us understand any new things found during demolition and main project preparation.

During demolition a major issue was found that required adding to the project. That addition was handled without impacting the overall project schedule. I could see Mario's passion in wanting to complete the original job with these new time challenge all before the Winter rains came. He cared deeply about not only the current problems but the project as a whole.

Since the project has completed, we have been in continued contact with Falcon Roofing and they have been just as responsive as when we getting ready for the project. Put aside the fact that there was a two plus month delay from when the roofing deposit was made to when work actually began, and that I ended up with a different roof then what was originally selected - I was not impressed. 1. Roofer AWOL when roofing inspection occurs. It's never a good sign when the inspector asks, "Where is the roofer? Why isn't he here?" And you are left with I don't know. 2.

Mistake upon mistake that was detected by our general contractor and painter. It's never a good sign when you're general contractor points out a laundry list of things that were not done right - such as broken plywood boards, flashing done incorrectly, certain areas not caulked, exposed nails, and a few more items that the painter notices during priming. Had other vendors not pointed out these issues, I am sure I would have missed them, and certainly the roofer didn't discover or fix upon his own accord. Based upon this past installation, if you don't know what to look out for (as the case here), have someone with a more critical eye vet the work product before signing off.

We had some roof tiles that have slipped from a recent storm. So a fairly small project, that many competitors didn't want to take on. One of them referred me to Falcon, and they have a large enough crew and resources to come and help in a reasonable timeframe. Chris R. came out and accessed the situation and was able to quickly resolve it and at a very reasonable price.

I also asked him to inspect the rest of the roof and gutters. Which he did for free and he reduced the cost of our gutter cleaning since he thought we only needed to clean some of them. During the recent torrential rains I discovered that a section of my roof was leaking. I called the company that installed it 8 years ago but they ignored me. I called easily a dozen roofing companies but they didn't return my calls (after all, this was their busy season). When I called Falcon Roofing, an actual person talked to me. After hearing me out, he said I should expect an estimator on a certain date, which was very soon.

The estimator arrived exactly when promised, quoted a fair price, and from that point forward they made a series of commitments for what would happen and when, once I signed the contract and paid a deposit. They kept their word: everything happened as promised, when promised. The work was top-notch. I watched from time to time -- spot checking, I guess -- and everything was done expertly.

The workers did a great job of cleaning up after they were done (they even cleaned up a few things that weren't their doing). Every aspect of this job, from initial telephone contact to final goodbyes, was totally professional. I would recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone.

I lucked out with Falcon roofing as I had gotten a few other estimates that were not honest and overpriced. Richard spent quite a bit of time going over the roof, took many photos and recommended a repair rather than a total redo. They came within the week. Unfortunately, we had a heavy rain and a section was still leaking. They came out the next day and repaired with no subsequent leaks. Terrific service!

I feel bad for the guy below, but I had a completely different experience with Mario and Flacon roofing. They came out, did a great job and backed it up. When we sold the house a while later, they came out and met all the inspectors needs. They cleaned and fixed all issues, leaving our house with a clean bill of sale. Thanks Flacon!

I hired these guys for a really big job on a really old building that had a ton of structural issues. Mario came out and did a great estimate. He then coached me on the best materials. He offered a low end and a high end. I chose the high end. He brought out the rep from the shingle company and we went over tons of options. What was awesome, is that I never felt like I was being sold to. Mario was so professional and did not try to make me bight on the $70k+ job.

I really appreciated that even after he had over 10 hours invested into the estimate. When I pulled the trigger, the crew came out to do the tear off. Wow. Talk about a crew of athletes. These guys came out and scaled the steep pitches on cables like a bunch on navy seals. The crew was very clean cut, they were all very polite to my family and very friendly.

They did not play loud music nor use any profanities. I was so impressed with their work I added more projects on, they replaced flashings on my 30 skylights. They kept the job site clean and organized throughout the process. They were timely and willing to work weekends (it was an October job and rains were coming). This job was completed almost a year ago.

The roof is beautiful and I have never been more pleased with a contracting company. I'm now hiring them to do another house. When it comes to quality and if that is what you are looking for, then look no further. I am sure there are folks out there that can save you a few bucks. When it comes to covering your investment, I feel you need to spend the money and hire craftsman. Could not be happier.
