I don't know what to say. What could have been an extremely traumatic experience, turned out to be much less of one because of the professional, straightforward, honest approach by Steve and his crew. Tremendous work ethic, and, they mean what they say. Always on time, working an extremely long day to meet the time frame they had given us. We are very pleased, and very appreciative for the service that was provided to us. Polite and respectful crew. Thank you.

I have used Steve's in four occasions now and every time the technicians are friendly, obviously well informed and very courteous. Will and Sterling are awesome to work with and I've learned a lot from them both. If your not a guardian plus member, please do so & take advantage of the benefits that come along with that (discount, free water heater flush-the list goes on). Office phone staff was friendly and prompt about setting the appointment and notifying me of the technician being dispatched. Tech (pleasant young man by the name of Carter) was on time, professional, clean, and efficient with parts on hand to fix my well pump issue on the initial service call. Is this the cheapest outfit in the area? Nope. That being said, the tech was here about an hour, tested and inspected the components of the pump system, installed approximately $75 worth of parts, then re-tested the system and explained everything to me in detail with no fluff or bs.
So between the service call fee, an hour of labor, and parts, I was still under $300 out the door for the work to be performed by a vetted and trained professional. Can't complain about a few extra bucks when you get what you pay for.

Eric arrived within minutes of the email I received from them stating a tech was on the way. Eric was quick to jump into action after a brief explanation of the situation. His work was very methodical and professional and quickly identified one loose wire and a defective igniter. He had the parts on the large van he arrived in so no time was lost. Everything was well explained to me and the entire experience was very pleasant. Very pleased and will have them back as needed. Thanks Eric (Steve's)!

I have nothing but good things to say about the company. On 10/29/2021 I found I had no running water anywhere in my house. I called plumbers I had worked with before; they got one toilet working but said my house needed an entire new plumbing system (house built in 1914) because pipes were so plugged that even air couldn't get through. But they were already so booked up that they referred me to other plumbers. Steve himself came out a week or so later and said it was "complicated".
They were also booked up. But their Christmas present to me was to get my house replumbed and working better than ever just before Christmas. They spent 3 days here taking out pipes, installing pipes, and fixing all kinds of little things that came up. Professional and personable and explained things carefully plus put up with my dog's constant interest. Yes, it was expensive, and they helped with financing. The last day, they took me to the basement and showed the carefully labeled pipes and shutoffs for the entire house and explained how to turn each on and off.

I am absolutely appalled at the level of care and customer service we have received with Steve's Plumbing and Heating. For months we have had plumbing issues, constant water coming up into our basement any time we ran water. We have had Steve's Plumbing out to our location to check it out multiple times with low quality advice and no real solution. to our problem, at that point was only really there to take our money.
Our last interaction with Steve's Plumbing, they told us they wouldn't reline our pipe situation until we had another problem. A few months later we start having problems again, can't do laundry, having to go to other locations to use the bathroom, can't do dishes, having to go.

I have worked with Steve's plumbing in the last year and so and they were initially great to work with. Had an issue that they have been out to my house to fix once happen again and I called them to come out and take care of it again. Scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks out. Called me the day before the appointment to tell me they couldn't make it. out and it would be another month at least before they could come out.
I have water backing up in my basement and have to pay for a hotel to take a shower so I don't have to scoop out my basement myself. I am very disappointed this is how they treat customers who they have worked with in the past. Very inconvenient and unprofessional to cancel an appointment the night before when this has been scheduled multiple weeks out
