Randy, Adam and Jason were awesome! My ac died days after moving in, and the next day they were able to come to the house to diagnose the issue. Within a week they were able to replace my ac, and install a new furnace and thermostat. They did tidy work and they were very professional, and very easy to get ahold of. Scheduling was a breeze. They did exactly what they said they would do, and even kept an eye out for my little dog while they were there working and I was out of the house.

After the install was complete, Jason did a walk through with me to explain everything that was done, and how to go about properly maintaining the equipment, to include safety procedures and filter maintenance/replacement. I highly recommend Crabtree for heating and cooling services. These guys are awesome!

Dean walked us through the process of a new HVAC system in Summer 2021. The install was excellent and clean! It is rare that a company does what they say, shows up when they say and does an exceptional job. That is what you will get with Crabtree. Owning an old house is problematic. Crabtree has maintained my heating and air since I purchased my home. Recently they installed a new and upgraded furnace system. I couldn't be happier. The furnace is great and the customer service was unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Dean's crew recently installed a new A/C unit at our house. We've used them before years ago for our furnace install. I'm happy to say that Dean's son runs the exact same, tight ship. Timely install, no remnants of them even being there, and the system works as advertised right out of the box. Had Original 1960's furnace finally quit and Dean and Family were able to replace entire system that wasn't working with a new furnace and AC system that rocks! Installation was a couple days - but up and running the first day so we had safe heat finally! Finishing touches on second day - so very fast turn time! Super friendly team - they will treat you like family and take care of your house and comfort!

Jason came into our home with covers over his shoes, wearing a mask so that he can protect our home and follow covid guidelines. Crabtree Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace two years ago and just installed a new air conditioning unit this week. We are very pleased! We have always had issues with our second level staying cool. They recommended a couple solutions to assist with better air flow upstairs and we have already noticed a difference. They also removed the old unit that was sitting on a platform attached to the house and set the new unit on a pad next to the house.
