Our in law suite and laundry room remodel were completed much faster than we anticipated and we could not be happier with the workmanship. My wife and I are professionals who've worked with numerous contractors over the years at various properties and with varying results. We recently received an estimate from N.J.W. Construction, Inc. for a moderate amount of renovation to our master bathroom and bedroom. Nate came to our home and listened to all of our thoughts and offered excellent suggestions based on his years in the business.

He couldn't have been more pleasant. He was professional but friendly and offered great suggestions without being pushy or condescending. He kept every promise and met every deadline. I would definitely recommend N.J.W. Construction and we look forward to working with them in the future.

NJW has just completed their second project on our house. The first project, supervised by Kenny, was replacing the original cedar siding on our 3-story home and they did a stellar job. When we needed the front porch decking and skirting to be replaced, I immediately contacted Joel so NJW could do the work and even though this was a very small project for this company, they fit our work into their schedule. Kenny and the crew came onsite and completed all work in 1 days.

I was confident that I would be happy with their work when I surveyed the front porch after they had packed up and left the site. I was completely satisfied. And their clean up was perfect! N.J.W. designed and constructed a complete, to the studs, kitchen renovation for us and the results were outstanding. Rochelle provided fresh and unique design ideas, while intently listening to our vision. Jason was hands down the best construction supervisor anyone could ask for on a project of this scale. Joel involved himself at the appropriate times and level, all the while allowing his team to display their talents. This remodel was the best construction experience we've ever had. We built our house 30 years ago and were very excited to finally choose a contractor and start the remodeling process. NJW redesigned our master bath and closet, remodeled our second bath, installed hardwood flooring and new baseboards, painted the ceiling and main living areas, updated the kitchen, and installed a beautiful new railing and staircase for our sunken living room.

It was a big job. We are thrilled with the new look of our home. It's ready for 30 more years! Prior to construction, Joel worked with us to create a detailed plan, including selecting the products that would be installed. Working with the suggested vendors was an easy process. They offered quality products and were able to help with design ideas as well.

During construction, workers were considerate of our space by keeping the interior livable and the exterior neat. They were friendly and polite and skilled at their jobs. Throughout the process, our questions and concerns were addressed. Honestly, we are pretty picky people. It was nice to be listened to when we had questions or concerns. We were impressed with our job supervisor Jason, who treated our home as if he was working on his own.

We especially appreciated the detail and craftsmanship he brought to the construction of our new railing. Bottomline - NJW provided top-quality construction within the plan, the price, and the timeline that was determined. That is exactly what we wanted as homeowners, and NJW delivered it.

We had almost every room in our house touched and lived in our home during the remodel. Our remodel consisted of: master bathroom complete remodel, closet added in the master bedroom, complete redesign of staircase, living room columns and family room mantle/ fireplace surround, laundry room, powder bathroom and basement wet bar.

New flooring throughout the whole house. We were very impressed with everyone at NJW Construction. The attention to detail was much appreciated. Rochelle our designer was very extremely helpful and did an excellent job with the design and selection process. Jason our supervisor was at our home everyday! He did an outstanding job with managing our remodel.

He kept us informed and provided expert solutions throughout the project. His craftsmanship with woodwork was of high quality, precise and turned out beautiful. Excellent communication within the entire company kept the project moving. All subcontractors were professional and courteous. NJW Construction is hard-working, organized, and efficient. They recently completed a new construction home for me. They took over the build when it was still in the rough stage, as I had to fire my previous builder, who made me completely miserable and almost did me under financially. NJW was up for the challenge, and immediately turned things around and got the build moving again.

They are good at communication, and have smooth relationships with both building inspectors and subcontractors. They did a great job of interpreting my vision with features that were stylish, but still maintained my budget. They are certainly not at the low end price-wise; but, for your money, you get clear, consistent communication, , a competent team approach, and quality construction.

I know, because I lived out-of-state during my entire build, and relied heavily on phone and internet. And, they were able to build me a great home in even less time than their predicted end date. I can highly recommend NJW Construction.

If you're looking for top notch folks to work on your home this is the company to use! I'm a perfectionist and so are the people that work for NJW. What's more is that when I chose to change things up last minute they were flexible and patient with me. When I made poor decisions that I wasnt happy with they sent me a decorator who helped me navigate through some options and then came back to finish the work so that everything was to my satisfaction.

This is the second major project that we have done with NJW and I plan to use them for everything else we choose to do in our home. From Joel the owner to the floor guys, to the painters, electricians, to Stacy the decorator and Jason the project manager- everyone is excellent!

NJW has been our contractor of choice ever since they re-modeled our bathroom shower 8+ years ago. They have since repaired our foundation, replaced our entry doors, and recently replaced the shower door on the initial re-model. They stand by their work. They only use reputable sub-contractors. I never have to worry about who they send to do a job -- that individual is always considerate and professional, including their own employees. I highly recommend them, and will continue to turn to them for our future projects.

NJW Construction helped us build our beautiful new kitchen with custom cabinets and a granite countertop. Joel listened to all of our ideas and his team built the kitchen we wanted. They were timely about addressing all of our concerns and Joel even helped us resolve a conflict with another company we had hired for flooring. We were one of their smaller jobs, which we sometimes felt, but we chose them because we wanted to go with someone who we knew would do things the right way and make it look good in the end. Hiring them was certainly a wise decision. Our project finished on-time and on budget.

Could not have had a better experience with NJW. Joel took the time to walk through the site with me and made suggestions that saved me money in the long run. Dakota and the other staff members were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Some issues in construction extended the time that it took to finish but Joel was constantly in contact with me letting me know about the progress.

If there was ever a question about something, Joel would personally visit the site to make sure everything was correct. Easily the best experience that I've had with a contractor. Thanks Joel!
