Hi, I'm Dave Kostecka, owner of DuctVac Northwest. I've been in the Heating and Air Conditioning Industry for over 25 years. I'm a certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). I also had a successful career in designing new duct systems for homes and businesses.

We had a new HVAC system installed but had a few issues which required repeated service. The problem was partially due to the new system. The filter was so clogged after 3 weeks it was surprising. Excellent service. Reasonable price. My dryer vent discharge to roof of the house and Hazel after cleaning the dryer vent from inside the house, even though she is scared of heights she managed to climbed up to the roof and cleaned the vent to make sure that the vent is all the way clean. Very happy with the service and definitely use them again.

I have high praise for DuctVac Northwest for several reasons. My first interaction was with Dave. When I called for an estimate, I didn't have to leave a message for someone to call back - Dave answered the phone. He courteously and efficiently gave me I an estimate (which was in-line with my expectations and prior experience) and an appointment for the same week.
He clearly explained the process, answered all of my questions, and told me who to expect and when. I received a follow up email the same day and reminder the day before the appointment. Ricky, who did the service showed up on time and quickly assessed how he would get the equipment into my home (not the easiest because our HVAC system in in the lower level of my house).
He explained what he was going to do and then worked carefully and methodically through the house. He was friendly and made every effort to not be intrusive. As a result of this positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DuctVac Northwest.

Thank you Dave (owner) and Chad and Jerry. Chad cleaned out all the ducts and alerted me to some issues that were corrected. When I had to call the company back regarding a new issue, Dave sent Jerry and then Chad back out and they were able to direct me in trying to resolve my problem. This company was great to work with.very responsive and fair. I feel fortunate to have picked them.

I recently bought my 24 year old home, and had the time and opportunity to do much needed cleaning and remodeling. DustVac was recommended by my realtor and the company that maintains my home furnace. I was very satisfied with the work. I believe the technician was Chad --- he was very professional, communicative, thorough, pleasant and left everything neat and clean. The price seemed fair. Our heating company recommended DuctVac Northwest after inspecting our furnace for the winter. We had never had the ducts cleaned and had no idea that it was a necessary maintenance procedure. Everything went smoothly and the service tech was a gem. Best of all, the efficency of the furnace is hugely improved. We now have AIRFLOW! I'm going to have it done every three years (as recommended) from now on.

First time I've had my ducts cleaned. I'm rating the overall experience, from the inspection which was a no pressure meeting, to the actual cleaning, done professionally and within the time frame promised. I feel the price tag was fair, considering the equipment and time required to take care of the job.
