Henry & Sons Plumbing

Truly a poor experience. Project begin date: 15NOV2021. Project end date: 11FEB2022. Henry & Sons were paid in full at their request and on the first visit our tub was removed, it then took four more visits to install a new tub. For four months our bathroom was disassembled. Several scheduled dates were cancelled and vague explanations of supplies being stolen or strangely specific medical information about the plumber was given as an excuse.

The only factor that drove this company to complete the job was another plumber that was brought in to QC Henry & Son's work. Otherwise we would have been fed excuses indefinitely. Unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional.

Henry and Sons were awesome. They worked with us and got the job done. They were on time and very nice. Henry was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Will defiantly use them again. Great work:

We have had Henry and Sons fix any plumbing issues even in our new house. We still always call them out for our next home. He plumbed all of our plumbing here. We have no doubt Henry will do the best job ever.

I have called Henry and sons twice to help. Once with a clogged sink and another with a outside hose issue. Wonderful customer service, very kind and polite. Both times they came to help fast and efficiently. Job was done with excellent work. Ana is very nice to work with.

Henry is a great plumber. He is friendly, reliable and gets the job done. When our house flooded he came right away and was able to fix the problem in no time at all.

Beware. Beware. Beware. Red ALERT. Red ALERT. These guys are a scam & shady business. We bought a 10 year warranty on our water tank and needed to use it before it expired due to a leak. They would NOT honor the warranty. Then took them 4 days to install new tank. Everybody in Washington State please please stay away from these guys. Have to give 1 star to leave review but they don't deserve that. Customer service was garbage.

I love this Company we have been use Henry and Sons plumbing for about 10 years and I know Many of our family use them too Great family, Great prices they just remodeled our Grandaughters home kitchen and bathroom.

Henry and Sons Plumbing LLC were going to replace up to 20 feet of pipe for $7, 400. They started digging a hole by hand cuz it was in my garage and after two and a half days of digging it couldn't find the pipe so they stuck a camera down there and found a belly right after the first belly. So they decided they were going to reroute the pipe so they filled in the hole that they spent two and a half days digging and gave me another quote for 10 more feet of piping.

The quote was $14, 000 and how they were rerouting it they were going to be able to use an excavator instead of doing it by hand so it would be easier for them. I told him I wanted to get different quotes. He immediately dropped it down to $12,000 but if I didn't want gravel put back on top of my driveway he do it for $11, 000. So I found a guy that would do it for $5, 500.

So I wanted a refund 4 most of the $3,700 I put down for them to do the work. To make a long and ridiculous story short 6 months later I got back $1, 200. After getting the runaround and book full of excuses for 6 months they charged me $2, 500 to dig a grave size whole and fill it back in. Couldn't be more unsatisfied with the company.
