Josh and Ty showed up right on time. They were great at explaining everything they planned to do. They ran into some unforeseen issues, explained what they were and assured me the job would be done correctly. He explained the process, gave several options, and came up with a quote that explained the work to be done, as well as options I may want to pursue. He was friendly and assured me of the necessities of the job. I am very happy with his estimate and the quote was reasonable. While I haven't approved the work yet, I am comfortable with the bid.

Joey DeLeon, John Wood, and Anthony Hansen were absolutely amazing! I needed my heat pump unit and water heater replaced. The company was able to coordinate everything to be replaced and installed all on the same day! They were all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Everything is working better than ever! I just had Ron Cassel out to perform our first maintenance inspection on our Daikin HVAC system and I was very impressed with his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness of inspecting our system while explaining everything he was doing and why. He also explained things I should do on my end to help maintain the system as well as to help it perform at its best.

He took pictures and details to take back to keep on record so we have them for the next time. Thanks Ron! Much appreciated. Riley was a knowledgeable and pleasant young man( well young to us lol) him and his crew got right to work on our project of replacing all the knob and tube wiring in our 1940 house. We have no complaints would do business with them again as well as refer them to others.

Jonah arrived to service my AC and from start to finish was friendly, informative, and thorough in his work. From the basic thoughtfulness of removing his shoes to giving me specific readings and explaining what they meant, his service was top notch! Way to go Taylor for hiring such knowledgeable, courteous and hard working people like Jonah!

We had a leaking water tank issue. Sean Smith is the technician that came out to find the problem. We were concerned the water tank may have needed replacement since it was leaking from the bottom and I didn't see any other signs of leakage. I had turned off the water and the leakage stopped. Sean immediately noticed the cause of the leakage once he turned on the water.

He then replaced the fitting that was leaking and serviced the water heater to make sure there were no other issues. His approach is very friendly, professional, and he answered all the questions I presented to him. He clarified why the leakage appeared on the bottom which gave me a clear picture of why it did come out the bottom. Great company, they also installed our furnace in the past, very happy with this organization.

Taylor heating and air conditioning was a godsend! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called a different outfit that said they couldn't be out till the next week and the price just for showing up to diagnose would be $190.00 plus tax. I knew we couldn't wait that long as I was trying to get my 92 year old mother out of her condo and into out cooled home.

So I called Taylor after seeing their ad for $59 to diagnose and could come the next day! Wow! I was so thankful! They were so nice and professional from the gal I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who came and did the work. Brandon was so nice and was so good about explaining everything to us. In no time he had us up and running! Such a great company and family owned. I will for sure do all my business with them from now on!

Our HVAC technician Ron came out from Taylor heating & cooling, he went above & beyond, was extremely professional, courteous and fixed our heat pump in 90 degree heat! Very awesome customer service and support from the very beginning. Was expecting a long time for scheduling being the beginning of summer but only waited a week and a half for installation because of my schedule. Complete new furnace, heat pump and circuit wiring installed from nothing but the furnace before. Guys were great to talk with through out the day, even had to call reinforcements in to make sure everything was working correctly and running great in one day.

It was a lot of work with even some custom ductwork they formed right in the front driveway, not leaving to come back later. The house feels amazing now. I almost went with another contractor off recommendations from a friend, but will only recommend Taylor to anyone I talk to from now on. Great team to have around.

Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

My husband and I had our A/C unit installed today, and we could not be more happy with our decision to go with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule the quote, Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great to work. Nar really helped explain the different products and why certain models were more advantageous than others, particularly regarding sound and warranties.

He was thorough with his information and provided us with a clear price breakdown. (He also recommended a good deli near where we live, which is just another perk!) Today, Michael and David arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day. With our furnace being in the attic, the work is much more demanding, but both Michael and David worked nonstop throughout the day.

Chad was early for the appointment, he is very knowledgeable about the products and gave us options. What I like mostly about this business is that they do not require any payment from you until the job is completed. We have not finalized on the company to go for but Taylor heating and air conditioning is top on the list. I will update after installation if we choose this company. Update.

We decided to work with Taylor heating and cooling. They promised to be at our home between 8am to 10am. Just like the first appointment, they arrived 5minutes after 8am. They have such discipline staffs that values people's time. The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful, they know their craft and fix the unit in a timely manner.
