Andy helped us with a small, but tricky project milling and installing a threshold between our original house and a new addition with concrete floors. He made us a custom piece, as well as some other custom pieces to match the old, unusual trim in the main house. The only issue was the sheen of the finish he put on (glossy) didn't match the sheen in our house (satin) and so we'll have to sand/refinish with the correct sheen.
Still totally worth it for the price, a custom job, and being willing to work with us on getting the price down if we did a fair bit of the install/prep work/labor. Threshold looks great and we were able to whitewash it ourselves to match our barn door before he installed. Thanks!

I was aggressively tailgated by one of the vans of this company for a few miles. I was going about 5 mph over the speed limit in heavy traffic and the driver was driving a few feet off my bumper through multiple turns, stop signs and red lights. He then flipped me off when I turned. If this is how you guys drive, then I greatly doubt your professionalism when it comes to your work.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job on our floors and stairs. They were extremely patient and helpful as we worked through several decisions about stain color, stair treads, risers, balusters and replacement posts. Everything looks great, and I really appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude through the whole process.

Andy, the owner, refinished my badly worn hardwood floors. He suggested a special, very hard top coating to protect the floor longer. It is 2 years since he did the job and my floors look great. He was quick, responsive, reasonably priced and delivered what he promised, a really great job at a competitive price! I would highly recommend this Company.

- Terrible communication -- never answered or returned phone calls. - Shoddy work -- did a poor job filling cracks and holes we had in our floor (and specifically asked them to fill) - Ripped us off -- we paid for water-based coating ($300 extra), instead they put on the less expensive polyurethane coating and wouldn't return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Terrible.
