Hello, Micheal was very personable and professional. We had a broken lift spring on the door. He had the parts on the truck. He explained the cost which was reasonable and we had him go ahead. He installed them quickly and efficiently. It looks like he's done it once or twice. Micheal also reprogrammed the lift motor to run more efficiently. He knew his stuff and we will definitely be using this company for any further work.

My springs broke on a Monday, I called ABGD out and they were at my house within an hour. They sent me quotes and gave me options within the next hour. On Thursday they sent me a text on their arrival, understood I was in meetings, and got their work done! They were easy, well priced, and a dream to work with.

Our garage door was serviced and fixed a few days after making the appointment. Our door is so quiet now and operating smoothly. The service tech was detailed in checking everything and describing what needed to be done. He mentioned that the door was in good shape for being the original and that the springs are old enough to be replaced but are well balanced. He left the decision to replace them up to me and I decided to wait. I'll definitely call them back out when they give out.

Michael came out and within 2 minutes was able to show me what the problem was. He completed the work quickly and gave me a heads up on things that might happen in the future but never tried to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them in the future for sure!

Mike and his team are fabulous! Last night I get a message from my friends that my garage door at my Louisville home had stopped working (stuck partially open) and unfortunately I'm out of the country. It was 4:45pm. I started calling around and the first 3 places say yes they can send someone right away but since it would be after 5pm it would be an emergency charge of between $75 - $485 plus the cost of parts.
Then I call Mike at A Better Garage Door -Broomfield. He's the owner, and he said I can send a guy over right away (they are open till 7pm). Tom (the technician) arrived promptly and had the problem fixed quickly. With no emergency charges! I highly recommend this locally owned and manager business.

These folks are great, I've used them twice for my garage door. Once to replace my springs they came out same day when my vehicle was stuck inside. And the other time was today were they adjusted our doors after they were backed into with our vehicle. They are straightforward and honest and very professional. A

I have used A Better Garage Door a few times over the years and everytime I get a knowledgeable and competent professional who gets right down to the issue. But also they take the time to run me through what was wrong, how it was fixed and all the extra care they took to make sure my other doors do not have similar issues brewing! And I always feel their pricing is fair and honest.
