Owners very curtious & understanding. If you have any issues go speak directly to the owner asap and he will work something out for you, such as making an adjustment with rental cost, or reschedule & possibly shift the scheduled hours listed on the original rental agreement to better suit your situation depending on the current circumstances.

Had issues with a drain snake no refund was offered. I was told they would order a new snake and in a week or so I would be able to re-rent it. Unhappy with that solution the owner reluctantly offered me the next size up snake. To my surprise when I returned the equipment I was charged for both snakes. The sign outside usually has a christian themed motto, so maybe practice what you preach?

Grand Rental Station is a great place for anything you need to rent. I have rented floor sanders, floor nailers, grass seeder, bobcats and more from Shawn.
