Louisville Handyman did an awesome job with my kitchen renovation. It involved removing part of a wall and a soffit, plus the usual cabinet and counter replacement. Kathy worked with me on the design and estimation. She really got what I wanted and was great to work with. Chris was my project lead, and he was terrific: in addition to excellent craftsmanship, he was prompt and kept me in the loop as things evolved (as they inevitably do), and he accommodated some last-minute scheduling changes on my part.

The whole process, from planning to the actual work, was as painless as it could possibly be. Oh, and everything happened on schedule. I would definitely work with them again for other projects.

The remodel of our owner's suite bathroom was the second remodel, in addition to our kitchen 6 years ago that we used Louisville Handyman and Remodeling to perform. Louisville Handyman is an extremely professionally run organization and their work is of the highest quality. Our primary remodeler, Chris Carroll is an exceptionally talented craftsman as the job consisted of a complete gut to include a 1987 era jacuzzi bathtub and the creation of an exquisite spa-like wet room including a shower head, separate hand-held shower, bench, soaking tub, floor to ceiling tile with an intricate accent panel and niche in a 5'x9' class enclosure.

His conversion of the old stand up shower into an oversized linen closet provides more storage than one could imagine. His design skills enabled him to create a center floor tile rug pattern in front of the vanity matching the shower accent tile. His installation of the vanity and oversight of the installation of all lighting, plumbing and HVAC were professionally orchestrated.

His attention to detail ensured a level of perfection that has impressed us the owners and everyone who has viewed the space. Our desired end result for this remodel was to not only meet our satisfaction, but to also create a wow factor for everyone who views the space which has been achieved beyond our expectation.

The Louisville Handyman team did an excellent job on my covered deck project. I appreciated Denise's design expertise and Brandon's workmanship. The result is fantastic. Denise and Brandon provided great customer service and answered my questions quickly and patiently. I plan to use them again.

Louisville Handyman remodeled our master bathroom, including taking down some walls. We had never done this type of renovation before and they guided us through every step. Kathy was our designer and extremely helpful in making selections. Chris was our lead craftsman and did all of the construction and installation with superb attention to detail and perfection. Questions and concerns were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Brian finished up the project with last minute details and corrections.

All of the workmen were friendly and respectful of us and our home. Remodeling is a stressful process, but everyone at Louisville Handyman was reassuring and great to work with! We love our new bathroom!

We contacted Louisville Handyman and Remodeling with a request for a quote on a bathroom remodel, including an addition of a half bath, in a challenging older home with a limited amount of space for the rooms. Our experience from the very beginning was top notch. Denise was our salesperson and was incredibly helpful, clearly communicating all scheduling and financial expectations throughout the entire process. John was our contractor and he was knowledgeable, kind and obviously enjoys his job.

There's nothing worse than having someone with negative energy come into your home, especially when they are there for a lengthy project, but every single contractor who showed up on behalf of LHM was respectful and professional. They went out of their way to quickly troubleshoot any issues that came up and finished the project on time as expected. We are in love with both of our new bathrooms, and we will absolutely be working with LHM again.

Louisville Handyman was great to work with during our kitchen remodel project. We spent a lot of time in the planning stage and they never rushed us into moving faster than we were comfortable. We first had them install a steel beam so that the ceiling in the rooms would be seamless and lived with the wall out for a month or more. We used that month to make changes to the design.

Every time we had a new idea, Kathy would discuss with us and modify the design (the window enlargement, moving the microwave, etc.). Once we had a design, we contracted with them for a full kitchen remodel. We can't say enough good things about the craftsmen assigned, but especially John, who didn't just come in and do the work, but thought through the kitchen design and made some great suggestions that really helped with the finished design project (kitchen cabinet layout and tile design, just to name a few).

We had some challenges to work through with appliance and tile delays due to covid and they worked with us to timely complete the project. Any issues that came up, they dealt with promptly. We found several surprises inside our wall and soffit that required changes and they always had a way to workaround and fix. The subcontractors that were involved were excellent too- professional and competent. We ended up with a kitchen that we could not be happier with!

We have worked with Lou Handyman for the duration of 2020 beginning with some small repairs. We ended having re-doing our kitchen and finishing our basement with them. Craig is amazing with dry wall work and fixed huge holes where our dog tried to dig through the wall. Billy did an amazing job with the tile work. We chose to do herringbone in our kitchen.

And lastly, Philip was our craftsman in our basement and was so patient with us. We have loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job well done, the right way!

Cant say enough about my experience with Louisville handyman and Remodeling. The quality of the work and craftsmanship met or exceeded all of our expectations. Every employee that we dealt with from the estimate process to the actual remodeling of the bathroom was top notch. Very friendly and professional staff. They use an app that lets you see the progress of your project and everything that is scheduled out.

Our project leader was Chris, and he was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. More importantly he took great pride in his work and it shows in the results. The quality of his work was very high and we couldn't be happier. I won't waste any time in the future getting other estimates for future projects, I know the quality of work and service provided by Louisville Handyman and Remodeling and they will be my contractor of choice in the future.
