Service Tech was early, which suited our schedule. He did a great job with the repair. He double checked his work to verify that the issues were resolved. After he notified me of the repairs, I checked them as well and am glad we had them come out. Price was lower than a competitors from North Indy and they were local. Thanks for a great experience.

The team was at my house within 30 min of me calling on a Monday morning. Pricing was exactly as quoted over the phone. The guys were professional and fast! Over the last 10 years, this is our third time using them for our two garage doors. Since we use our garage for entry to our home, the doors and springs get excessive use. They replaced the broken springs and were done in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

I called them at 7:30 am on 2/14/22 to report a broken spring. The repairman was at our house by 8:15 & was finished with the repair by 9:00. Totally professional & he did a great job. Superior has been our go to for 21 years & I highly at recommend them.

Of course on the coldest morning (01/7/2022) our garage door would not go down. Superior sent out Chris and he was able to reset the cable and lube the bearings and rollers. Good as new, now fast and great work! My wife called them at 7am and by 9am it was fixed!

My technician arrived on time, was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He finished in great time even though he had a trainee with him and he was teaching him as he went along. I received everything I expected and their price was exactly what I was promised, well even less because they gave me a Veterans discount.

I called late in the day and was able to be scheduled for the following day. I was having issues with my door not closing even though nothing was in front of the sensor. The tech was able to quickly fix the issue and reprogram some openers. Great service, super friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them for any service!

Excellent service! Came out same day as the initial call for a free estimate to install a garage door opener. Tech was very professional and informative. He also pointed out that the rollers should be replaced due to age of the door and the frequency that my business will be using the garage door now. We are a business in Brownsburg as well and we're very satisfied with the experience. They came out the next day and installed the new opener and rollers with a clean install. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Wow! My spring busted over the weekend. Called Superior Doors at 7:40 Monday morning, they were here by 8:10 and done by 8:45! Zach was the tech that came out, super professional young man. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Garage torsion spring broke last night. Called Superior Garage Door at 915am this morning, Nov 26. Zach was on-site by 10am. Work completed in less than 30min. Changed out two torsion springs, eight roller bearings, and lubed up the adjacent garage door (for free) for $511. Very professional and friendly customer service. Small family business too. I would highly recommend.

Tech was punctual and very professional. He fixed the issue i was having, put on new rollers. He did an amazing overall maintenance and did some lubrication. So far so good.

Ordered a replacement door on Wednesday and it was installed on Friday. the installers were very courteous and very professional. Pricing was perfect. Will use these guys again!

Went very well. Came out within 3 hrs of calling. Had trouble with garage opener not closing all the way, then reopening. Nothing in sensor line. Tech was personable and did a lot of preventative maintenance. Been awhile. Replaced all 8 rollers, since one roller damaged. Door operates smoothly now. Worth the $220.
