Daniel Brodrick is a great asset to Pools of Fun. I am always glad when he is assigned to come to place. He is professional, knowledgeable, offers good advice, represents the company well, and answers all my questions.

Customer Notes: 1. James notified me at the start of the day when he expected to be on site. 2. Sent confirmation of exact time about 1 hour prior to arrival. 3. I was able to be on site before he left. James ran me through the list of tasks completed, noted any findings, and made recommendations on any follow up I could do. 4. Highly efficient: opened the pool and completed the cleaning in 1 hour.

Called ahead to let me know he'd be arriving. Was kind, and explained everything to me, made suggestions for repair/replacement part and made sure before he left that all was working properly. AMAZING!

Pools of Fun has been opening and closing our pool for several years, and opened today it for the 2022 season. Although we were not present during the time Josh Burns performed the opening services, we returned home to find everything in readiness for swimming. We received both a call and text letting us know when he was on his way. Then, in follow-up, Josh emailed us an itemized evaluation of the condition of all our pool equipment; happily, everything is looking good for another swim season. Thanks, Josh and Pools of Fun!

Excellent job of opening the pool. There were things that were not done that were supposed to have been done before he open the pool and he went ahead and did them instead of rescheduling the pool opening. He was very professional and super nice!

People are very nice and seem knowledgeable but like every pool place the prices are crazy expensive. That have a pretty good selection of what you might need for your pool and they must make a killing of you have a Last minute time for a pool party or need their expertise to find a solution. The good news is that they don't Always forms a problem many times I go in and my pool water is fine.

Horrible service. My parents ordered a pool liner 8 months in advance. To be installed July 1st. They emailed June 28th and said they did not feel comfortable installing with the measurements they had. Never contacted anyone prior to have different measurements or voice any concerns. Horrible customer service. I'm also in the construction industry and have ran into similar issues. Please do yourself a favor and choose any other company to take care of you.

Replaced my vinyl liner in my 20x40x28 pool in Monroe County. These are the guys you want to use. Every step of the way was like a real business rather that than your average pool business: 48 hour quote, people who return calls and answer questions timely, and installers who know what their doing. Thanks to my wife for going outside Monroe County to find this excellent choice.

They install a decent pool but have a complete lack of customer service and communication in my opinion. We paid for weekly service and the chemicals have been off all season long so far. Upon switching weekly service providers our new technician indicated our filter was VERY dirty, the chemicals were way off. in fact the levels made him question if we had had the pool serviced at all this season.

We paid for the top of the line weekly service at Pools of Fun each week plus chemicals and this was the result. We also had a UV light/dome malfunction. I noticed and brought it to their attention. During that time we had 2 routine weekly service calls while the leak was happening and neither technician reported the malfunction. I did. A technician came out to fix it but had the wrong item on his truck.

Its over 2 weeks later and I have initiated all contact and this item is still not repaired/reinstalled. I have never left a bad review before but we are out thousands of dollars and I truly want others to avoid using Pools of Fun for service.

Came to this business after nothing but trouble with another pool company. Their advise was spot on, customer service is awesome and my pool is looking great!

I don't have a pool but I purchased my Big Green Egg Smoker / Grill there. Their prices on this ceramic cooking system are competitive especially if you can get it during the sale. Friendly helpful staff and a great early spring discount (15% going on now) in everything in the store.
