As a Real Estate Broker, I have recommended Chuck Heifetz to many clients over the past 20 years. Chuck knows what sells. He has a good eye and works with what you have to maximize the home sellers return on investment to get them too dollar. Clients have told me is professional, on time and communicates well. If you plan to work with this company I have some advise for you: 1- Review the contract carefully. 2- Be clear about all costs, specially possible extra work in the contract. They charge us 40% higher than what we agreed because of the need for third coat on 3 rooms and foyer out of the whole job. They said it took 26 man-hours for third coat in these rooms!

It means they needed about 3 hours to paint every single wall for third time! Quiet efficient, isn't it?! The last one was my fault. I didn't review the contract out of trust. When the job was done, it was not what we discussed. So, be careful about the details of the contract.

We contacted Chuck at C&M to have our popcorn ceiling removed and to have the interior painted. The crew did a beautiful job, they were very professional, courteous, and reasonable. We highly recommend C&M Painting and Home Improvement.

I used C&M for painting and some other cosmetic renovations around my house. Chuck is very responsive and professional. They are not the cheapest painters in town, but they charge a fair price and do a very high quality job. What was most impressive is how quickly they were able to do my job. They sent a crew out that prepped and painted two coats on a 2200 sq foot house in 3-4 days.

C&M did a great job for us, we had 30 year old popcorn ceilings that they removed, fixed and painted everything, looks great always on time, worked hard got the job done we will use them again

My wife and I bought our first home and there were some things that needed to be done. We were very blessed to have found Mr. Chuck Heifetz of C & M Painting. He came to our home and my wife and I gave him a list of everything we needed to get done and fixed. What seemed like a big job to me, was received as no problem for Chuck. He's been in his line of work for I'm guessing 30 or more years.

His crew came to paint on one day and they did a phenomenal job. All of the other things we needed done, Chuck came over and not only did it, but he did it well and he did it fast. He was like a magician. This was all over a year ago, and the quality of his work was top-shelf. We never had to call him back for anything. The icing on the cake was that his pricing was fair and reasonable. At the end of the day, if there's anything you need done in your house, call C & M Painting and you will not be disappointed, . in fact you'll be very happy you did.

We are new to the area and found Chuck online. On time and very professional throughout the process. We had Chuck paint the interior of our place, install hardwood flooring, and fix some tile work in our bathrooms. He kept us informed throughout the project and their work was exceptional. We would not hesitate to use Chuck and his team again

Chuck was able to come very quickly and had two coats on the home completed in 2 days. When they were done it was like they were never there with the quick clean up.
