Connecticut Gutter

I had new gutters installed on a home about a year ago with this company. They looked great after the install, however when I got home they left trash and the old gutter on the side of the driveway despite mentioning it to them multiple times before and after they completed the job. They came back and retrieved it despite trying to tell me it's not in the contract.

What a joke from a customer service standpoint. My biggest complaint is that they failed to screw down one of the downpipes of the gutters to the home, so now everytime it's very windy, it blows right off and I have to reattach it. I will need to screw it or nail it down myself. To spend all of that money to have a somewhat sloppy job done is disappointing. Thought they would be more professional then this, won't be using them in the future.

Response rate and scheduling of install was a bit lagging but so far the gutters look good and and performing as expected. Service: Gutter installation

I have been using them for the last several years. They always do a great job completely cleaning the gutters. They also wait until the Oak trees near the house have completely dropped their leaves before coming. I will be using them again next year. Service: Gutter cleaning

We worked with CT Gutter to have leaf filters installed on our gutter system so as to prevent clogging from leaves. The project cost us approximately $6,000. After the work was completed we noticed that filters were not installed on some parts of our gutter system (on so called bulbs, where water flows from the roof into). When I reached out to the company and asked for the work to be completed, the response I got was "if you are worried about clogs, adding a bulb strainer could help". What?

I just paid them $6K, precisely top prevent clogging. Beware this company. One does not see what they installed or not up on the gutters and they try to get away with charging for incomplete work. CT Gutter?. Never again.

Found Connecticut Gutters online--requested a quote which they provided within 24 hours and immediately booked an appoiintment. We were having some other work done at the same time we were planning to have gutters replaced and Frank and his team were amazing. They fit us in so all our projects could flow seamlessly. Overall the price was great, the service impeccable and the craftsmanship was superior.

Extremely happy with the work and they left the property cleaner then when they arrived. BTW, also had an issue with some of our oustide drainage which they were able to clear. Would definitely recommend Connecticut Gutters to anyone looking to have their gutters replaced.

We are happy and thrilled with the gutter work done by CT Gutter. The workers were polite and courteous. They answered any questions we had during installation. Happy to say we haven't had any flooding issues since the installation. I would highly recommend CT Gutter!

So many good things to say about CT Gutter, the owner Frank H., our salesperson Frank G., Carlos, Luiz, Carlos Jr., Nellie and the rest of his team! CT Gutter replaced our undersized copper gutters with all new 6 seamless gutters. Every corner was carefully mitered and soldered by hard working, skilled team members. One seamless section about 60 feet long was put up with 5 people on 5 ladders without bending the new gutter.

Where our drip edge was too short to allow for proper pitching, they added new copper drip edge. At the end of the job, an expert drone photographer spent 20 minutes taking me around the entire job so I could look down at the seams, fasteners, and drip edge from just inches away on his color screen. I even went up the ladder and saw the work up close and was very pleased. Further, Frank H. gave me great advice on maintaining our slate roof and our complicated water catchment system, without trying to sell me on services he deemed unnecessary.

Rather than try to sell me a snow-melt system I asked about, he laid out the pros and cons and advised me to watch it for a year before spending money on it now. CT Gutter did an outstanding job for less than another top-rated contractor had bid, and for the exact same seamless copper gutters. I anticipate a long, trouble-free life to these larger, better gutters.

And I very much look forward to working with Frank and his team for roof and catchment system if issues arise. Frank is honest (Eagle Scout!) and extremely knowledgeable, his team is skilled and takes the time to do the job right, and his price was very fair. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best roofing companies in Greenwich. I really appreciate their communication through the entire process. The estimator Frank was on time and explained everything to me and I received a quote the same day. The office called to schedule a time that the work was to be completed. When the crew showed up they were respectful and my yard was cleaned up like they were never here. This is a fantastic company all around! Honest, communicative and responsive. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I was super impressed with the estimator, Frank, who was very polished, knowledgeable and super clear in explaining the pros and cons of different gutter systems and covers.

The installers were great too - quick, clean and precise. The gutters and covers work extremely well. As a playroom designer, I especially appreciate that the look of the gutters actually add to the appeal of my home, like stepped-out fascia or crown molding does. I highly recommend using Frank Hetigen and CT Gutter. The process of pre-inspection, choosing a system, getting a professionally printed quote and finally the work process was the best out of the 6 roofing companies I had bid on my Riverside, CT project. He handled all the permits and when it came time for the work, his men were efficient, the project took the exact number of days and they took care of setting all the arrangements for cleanup.

The final cost came in ever so slightly above the quote, which in my opinion is fantastic, considering that never happens and we wrapped things up nice and tidy. The new roof is fantastic and looks wonderful. Top notch job and one of the best contractors I have worked with in Connecticut.
