During a storm a few weeks ago water backed up in my basement. I reached out to the BBB for a plumber and AA Quick Plumbing was one of the companies referred to me. I gave them a call, they quoted me a price they can out and fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone, courtesy and professional.

Joe, was my technician, he was very friendly, polite and thorough. He made sure everything was working properly and took the time to do the job correctly. I would not hesitate to use them again. I gave AA Quick a call in regards to a leak at my property and spoke to Rick. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked the basic skills to assess my needs as a customer. I asked several times to speak with a manager above him (because he told me numerous times that he was a manager) and he was combative and did not want to allow me to speak with anyone. He then put a lady on the phone that was equally as rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this company and will not be giving them any of my business.

Really excellent service provided by A & A Sewer! We paid exactly what we were quoted, they stuck to the timeline, and left our basement looking better than they found it. Our sewer has been working perfectly since they replaced it.

A&A Sewer consistently does an excellent job! The employees are respectful, friendly and full of smiles! They show up on time as promised and get the job done right the first time. I used A&A for a total line replacement, partial line replacement and small repairs on various properties. I refer business to A&A sewer as often as I can and each time they deliver quality results. I count myself lucky to know this professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor.

I called AA Quick at 6:00 PM because we had a floor drain backing up. Someone actually answered the phone and sent a technician later that evening. Mark arrived quickly, was fast, professional (and really nice), and cleaned up after he was done. It was a great experience. The price was very fair as well, especially considering that it was after hours.

Do not use this company, terrible customer service. We had a clog in our sink, we called them. they set an appointment for between 1 and 4. We called the next day to around 2 to follow up and they said that the lady never made our appointment, but they can still fit us in. Now its after 6 and no plumber. I called to make sure they were still coming.

The rude lady kept telling me "they will get there when they get there." After a few minutes of her threatening me that she can cancel the appointment, I asked her for her name, because I was going to call back in the morning to talk to her manager she hung up on me. I WILL never call this "company" again.

WOW! I was so impressed with the prompt service that I received! I contacted this company at around 2 PM in the afternoon and they were here and finished by 4:30 PM. The first gentleman couldn't help me because my particular problem had to be dealt with from the roof. The second gentleman arrived shortly there after and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company. A great price too!
