Highly recommend! Our new roof is everything we could of asked for and more. What a great experience! They worked with our insurance to make it stress free! Everyone from the owner to the crew was fast, professional and super friendly. Also competitively priced! We look forward to working with them again for our gutters next month!

We recommend ONEWAY Construction. They replaced our roof and siding after we had hail damage. Like every contracting job, there were issues, but they always did their best to resolve them for us. In addition, they worked hard with our insurance company to get as much paid for as possible and were patient with us while we decided on styles and colors. Good customer service like theirs is hard to come by these days. Overall, they did an excellent job.

Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job on our roof. Jonathan is so professional and really worked with us every step of the way. He was always available and kept us updated in a very timely manner. He continued to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the job they were doing from start to finish. I would highly recommend One Way Construction! The overall experience was exceptional and if and when we need another construction company for our home projects they will be our first choice!

Shortly before 7am, my entire family was woken up by the next door neighbor's roofing contractors, shoveling roof material off into a dumpster and loud ranchero music! If our neighbor's house was more than 10 feet away, maybe it wouldn't seem so abruptly loud, but we're not. I'm not aware of any professional construction company, that would start doing such a job this early in the morning so as to disturb the entire residential street.
If the lack of professional courtesy or consideration for their customer's neighbors aren't even being met, one can't help but to wonder what the result of the finished product might be. Oddly enough, at this very moment we are having a roof put on a rental home we own, and specifically told the crew not to start before 9am to not disturb those neighbors!
It's just what you do. It doesn't take much to have professional courtesy and consideration and think of how certain things can affect a neighbor. Tried calling the company to complain and they don't even open until 9am. Funny right?

I would like to share my thoughts and provide a strong recommendation for a company that recently completed a major renovation on my house. I have known of One Way Construction for a number of years as I know the family that owns and runs it. It wasn't until the March 2020 hail storm that I had an opportunity to contact them for work. My initial call was to ask them to inspect my roof to see if I had hail damage. Jonathan Lanzone came out and began doing fantastic work.
He quickly identified that I had significant roof damage and I needed to contact my insurance company. His further investigation found that I had additional damage to other portions of my house - gutters, downspouts, siding, screens, doors, etc. From the initial contact with the insurance company, he acted as my general contractor and more importantly, my advocate with them.
We ended up with a new roof, new gutters and downspouts, new siding, new chimney cover, and new screens. The workmanship for all of the work was top-notch and was completed as scheduled. I highly recommend One Way Construction and equally importantly, Johnny Lanzone. He is knowledgeable, a real go-getter, persistent, honest, and very easy to work with.
My significant work on my house was well done and well-coordinated by Johnny. Give One Way an opportunity to do your work. I couldn't be happier with the job they did for me.

We have experienced excellent service from Oneway Construction. Most recently, Oneway installed a new roof for us along with a new skylight. We are happy with the results. The roofing crew was prompt and efficient; they stayed on task and cleaned up well after the project was done. The finished roof looks great. Our contact at Oneway, Jonathan, communicates effectively and follows-up to ensure success. Jonathan also assisted with the insurance claim process. Last year, Oneway installed new siding for us in which we have been well pleased. We highly recommend Oneway Construction.

OneWay installed a roof for me, and later, when it was raining pretty hard, I noticed that there was water curling under my shingles and running behind my gutters and had caused some water damage to my fascia boards. The problem was that the shingles did not have enough overhang. I had to call several times over several days, to return my call and get someone to come out.
The person that came out was quickly making excuses and gave me 2 different numbers for what the overhang was supposed to be. Both numbers were wrong. He said a half inch was good, and even said that 3/8 inch was good. These are incorrect for a roof that did not include a gutter apron or drip edge. Then he told me that the fascia boards had pulled away, causing the problem.
He told me to screw the fascia boards on tighter, which I did, and the problem still existed, because the overhang was still insufficient, so I called them back. He told me that my issue was going to have to be handled by the owner (Tony) and he sent Tony a message. I did not hear from Tony and I left a few messages myself for him over about a 3 week period.
So I just fixed the problem myself by adding a piece of gutter apron where the water was still pouring behind my gutter (between the gutter and fascia board). OneWay did not honor their warranty. The way the shingles were installed was causing water damage. Then they made up excuses and just ignored my calls and my email to the company. I would not use this company if I were you.
