In November 2021, the Property Management company for my downtown Roanoke building scheduled Dixie Products for maintenance and cleaning of two fireplaces in my Condo. Yesterday, January 18, 2022, at 4:30pm, a man named A.J. from Dixie Products showed up and began to clean my two fireplaces; carefully removing each ceramic log, vacuuming out the carbon particles, lighting the gas pilot light and thoroughly cleaning up after he was done.

My wife and I were delighted with his work. Rather than to immediately leave and go to his next job, he sat patiently with us and helped to educate both my wife and I on our gas fireplace, proper safety instructions and how to turn off and on the pilot light. Then he talked to us about getting a CO2 detector for our safety. It may have taken 7-weeks to get him here, but it was well worth the wait for Dixie Products to send this young man to our home.

He is a knowledgeable fireplace servicing professional and Dixie Products is lucky to have a man of such character on its staff. Thanks for sending him to my home. Thanks also for hiring and training people of such high quality and commitment to safety. This is exactly the kind of service that will make your business a success.

Ordered my vent free logs December 7, 2020. Because of Covid and parts ordered from China, my logs arrived March 9, 2021. Had my right arm and handy man, Brian Whitten, make my box for petite logs for my downstairs Sewing studio. Plumber was Paramount Heating and A/C of Roanoke. Ran gas hook up; outside to gas line, even painted the pipe! I give each person who helped me five stars.

I bought my Broilmaster grill from Dixie 16 years ago. Not only is it an outstanding grill, but the customer service on parts over the years has been great. They have taken care of any part it has needed.

I called Dixie Products on Monday morning requesting information on getting garage door seal replaced due to rain getting into garage from under door. Information was given and I set up an appointment for Wednesday morning between 10::00 and 10:30. Jeff and Hunter showed up on time and we discussed our situation along with best case solution. We decided to go ahead and replace door seal. Jeff and Hunter replaced the seal and made adjustment to door to insure it was closing completely.

Both men were very professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dixie Products and this team to my friends. We have used Dixie Products several times over the years. I give them 5 stars and an A+. Ken Terry Vinton, Va.

What a great place to deal with, even after the sale! I bought vent free gas logs there some 15 years ago. I recently started having issues with the logs, so I went back to Dixie Products thinking it was time to replace them. This is when I met AJ, a sales associate there. I explained to him the problem that I was experiencing, and he asked me when was the last time they had been cleaned.

I told him honestly, I didn't realize that they had to be cleaned. AJ then explained to me the step by step process to clean it which, to me was so simple. I took his advice, went home and cleaned them and now they're working good as new! Thanks AJ, YOU'RE THE MAN! Kenton Mitchell

Dixie Products is a great place to shop for gas logs and other items. We have bought a variety of products from them over the years including gas logs, grill covers, an electric fireplace, and grill tools. They are always helpful and the showroom displays their log sets in a way that better helps you decide on which is best for you. Recommend them to anyone who needs grills, gas logs and other building products.

I contacted Dixie Products mid-November about a non-working has fireplace. I was told the wait was 4-5 weeks and I would be put on a waiting list. Not a huge deal. Got a message from Kevin the evening of 1/8 while we were eating dinner. I called him back and left a message. Called him back on 1/9 and left another message. Called the office on 1/10 and spoke to Paul his boss.

He told me Kevin was trying to get me on the schedule and he would have him call me back. Kevin just got around to calling me back - it's now 1/16. I'm sorry, you can't return 3 messages or have the office call me? I take it my business isn't very important so I called another company earlier this week who is coming out next week.

My job may have been small but they just lost out on some future business I am looking at doing. Not sure why they got such good ratings from others because I find their customer service seriously lacking.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Went in today to buy gas logs since our set no longer worked (not bought from Dixie). Instead of selling me a new set, they attempted to troubleshoot the reason our set at home would not work. These folks are patient, kind and well informed about anything to do with gas logs. I don't know if I have ever had this level of care and consideration. Well done, Dixie Products.

We needed repair work on one of our garage doors. When I visited their showroom they looked at the pictures on my phone and knew exactly what parts I would need. Early the next morning they arrived and made the same upgrades to both doors within 15 minutes. From my in-store experience to the men who came to make repairs, I could not believe how courteous and professional everyone was. I was certainly impressed by the quality of service and the price. I most highly recommend Dixie Products to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Dixie Products. I went in with my son to buy gas logs for my fireplace and the nice gentleman that waited on me said let's be sure your old ones aren't still working. A very nice gentleman came out and in 10minutes are less had them working like a charm. Now that is the company that I would always do business with and tell all my friends they are 100% plus.

Excellent product. We are from the Richmond area and were having trouble finding a contemporary wood stove within our price range. We were referred to Dixie from Hearth and Home Shoppe in Mechanicsville. When I called Dixie to tell them my truck had broken down and that I couldn't make the drive to pick it up, the owner called me back and said that he was coming down to Richmond the next weekend anyways, and would drop it off Saturday morning. He even helped me get it inside, upstairs. I would recommend them ten times over to strangers and friends alike.

I backed into my garage door that didn't open all the way and Mark and the guys at Dixie were great! Got technician to my house within about an hour or so and they had it fixed in no time. Great service and friendly people!
