Have been trying for 3 years to get our pool right. First ordered a new liner, paid 1/3 down and it took over 8 months to get it installed leaving 2 months to use the pool. The salt chlorinator stopped working, they came out to repair and they replaced it with a used chlorinator, charged us $830, which we paid, for something that was under warranty.
Now the replacement stopped working after 1 week and we cannot get Virginia Pool Sales & Service to return our calls. I have filled a second BBB complaint and have also contacted our Congressman. Run hard and fast away from this company. They do not honor warranties, they misrepresent the mfg company and steal money from their customers without blinking an eye. Guess my next step will be consulting a lawyer. Make sure you keep good records of dates and phone calls.

We decided to use this company this year because it was closer to our house. Big mistake and lesson learned. They came out to open the pool for the summer and basically took the cover off and left. The water look like a murky green lake. When we called and told them they said it would clear up. Here we are four days later and it still looks like a lake.
They came out again at our insistence and it still looks like a green murky lake. When our other company came to open our pool for the summer it would be crystal clear that day. Instead of trying to help us and work with us they argued with us that it would clear up on its own. Run don't walk from this company. We have now go back to our original company that we used before.
