Otis an his crew (Kyle and Cade) showed up on time, got right to work on removing old HVAC system, then installing a new one. They had everything they needed, worked efficiently, tested thoroughly, cleaned up well, and demonstrated/explained all functions clearly. Mountain Valley seems a little pricier than many of their competitors, but I've been using them for 25 years in three different houses, and they ALWAYS deliver the goods!

Johnny came to do the HVAC annual system inspection. This young man was very courteous and performed the inspection of our HVAC system thoroughly, taking time to review his inspection report in detail with us. Otis and the other technician were on time, friendly, and professional! They took out the old heating/air units and replaced them with new ones. They explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. They did all the work in under 4hrs! I have used Mountain Valley Home Comfort for all my heating and air needs for over 2o years, and they have always delivered good workmanship as well as a good value! I would highly recommend them!

Noah R. and Santana installed our new heat pump today. Good manners. Efficient. Went over everything several times to make sure I understood how to use the new system. Left inside and outside clean. Lauren the service advisor was very helpful in helping us decide what unit we wanted to purchase. They all were obviously very well trained. Thank you Mountain Valley for hiring such fine employees.
