MDB Painting

Used MDB Painting to update my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The process was fairly simple, Melvin came in and gave us a quote, with very competitive rates compared to other quotes we received. Painters were professional, and timely, and highly skilled. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.

We have had the MDB team complete a number of painting projects over the last 10 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. Their employees are professional, meticulous in their detail, and the quality of their work is exceptional. I will have them return for additional painting needs I have in mind and gladly recommend them to others.

I had MDB paint pretty much every room of my house while we were still living in it. They were very considerate the entire time. It was our first experience with MDB and are very pleased with the results. They kindly came over and painted samples of the colors we were considering before they started. They did a great job with repairs and paint; it looks and feels like a new house!

We had some extensive trim and drywall damage that we needed to be repaired. MDB Paint came by with to get an idea of the damage and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Their quote was incredibly easy to read, more so than other contractors. Quality of work was very detailed and there was a good attention to the quality being done. Overall fantastic company and I plan on using them in the future if anything else pops up.

We have been working with MDB for the past 15 years for interior and exterior projects. MDB has painted our exterior multiple times, built our fence from scratch, power washed and stained our deck, renovated 3 bathrooms and added on a bedroom. They are our trusted go to contractor. Their prices are fair and the follow up for any minor issue has been very timely. The owner Melvin and his team have always been professional and easy to work with.

We have used MDB Painting for at least five years. The have replaced 2 Octagon windows, replace some trim work and painted. This year we had them paint our kitchen, replace all trim work with PVC trim and paint it. They also did some brick work in the middle and right outside by the right garage doors. The staff is professional and detail oriented. They clean up after each day they are done working. I would recommend them without hesitation.

MDB painting is only good thru the time you are giving them the work and when they get paid fully. However the post project customer service is TERRIBLE. It keeps getting pushed back and repeated follow ups are not appreciated by the owner (Melvin) who in turns yells at the customer and calls them names for texting him about the issue. This will surely be the last time we ever deal with them.

I would encourage others to hold money (10 to 20%) post the work is complete for 90 days or so. Then there is incentive to provide some level of customer service. I truly hate this company.

We just finished our third project with MDB painting. We've had just about every room in our home painted and most recently we decided to enlist their services to paint our kitchen cabinets white. We've been so pleased with each project. The level of detail is outstanding, the entire team and customer service is warm, friendly and on point. If you're looking for painters to go the extra mile with extreme attention to detail and care, I highly recommend MDB painting.

My father needed help fixing and painting a couple exterior doors due to water damages and various other reasons. We called MDB painting and they were extremely responsive and had very competitive pricing, needless to say they were absolutely amazing. Connor, Melvin and Rudy were some of the people we had the pleasure of dealing with and they were all very attentive and professional. 10 out of 10, would use again and would recommend to others.

I have never written a review before but I have to write one regarding MDB Painting. We have been using their services for at least 12 years now and they never, ever disappoint. Mel is always so gracious and his workers are top notch. Work is always done quickly and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend MDB for any household issue, not, just for painting. They are always willing to take on any task, big or small!

MDB Painting Inc is a very professional, reasonably priced contractor who painted my entire 3-level townhouse residence (interior and exterior). The quality of work and responsiveness was excellent. The president/founder of the company, Melvin Brill, and his entire staff and crew of full-time employed, vetted and qualified craftsmen, painters and project managers, were excellent as was Linda, the office manager. I would hire them again for future needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the 3rd time we have used MDB. Always a great job at a competitive price. Work is done quickly and professionally. Will definitely use again.

Horrible Horrible experience. The owner Mel, came to my home to give an estimate to paint our home, he shared his stories of extensive home renovations, specifically bathrooms, timely delivery of projects, and involvement of projects to completion. He shared pics and stories and he was basically a neighbor.we fell for it. He gave a start date of Jan 1, and ended it after I finally had enough and fired him in March, because the lies, excuses, and stealing and blaming his employees for their incompetence, when he demanded they do jobs they did not have the skills or training needed for the job.

My husband and I were left with an unfinished bathroom, outrageously bad tile work, and frustration. He owes us $2,100.00, which he said."I just don't have". I even wrote a letter to ask him to schedule someone who had the skills needed and he did not bother to answer. So now I have to join the list of people going after him for monies owed.
